@ViCustomerCare Do not buy the Vodafone sim . I have been struggling with sim for almost 1 month. I have already paid 500 bugs as initial payment. Number is 9167684001. Called on customer care as well. They are playing smartly that we can give information for another state's number.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS There are many locations in Muzaffarnagar where 3G speed is getting, data speed is bad in Muzaffarnagar in the last few days, VI's 4g network is missing even after manual search of the network. Request to VI team try to this network problem ASAP.

I'm continuously following this issue with @ViCustomerCare They told me everyday, we sent this issue, highlighted, and sent to technical team But it's more than a month. They are not able to close this issue with a resolution. Please note, nowadays a new sim will be ON in 1 hour

@vodafoneservice I am a citizen of India and I it's high time @ViCustomerCare should look into this matter seriously. Also the package that @VodafoneGroup offers is quite expensive but the services they provide is very poor 💩
