    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS There are many locations in Muzaffarnagar where 3G speed is getting, data speed is bad in Muzaffarnagar in the last few days, VI's 4g network is missing even after manual search of the network. Request to VI team try to this network problem ASAP.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN just went to the customer service office in mzn for a sim change, the guy behaved so rudely. No wonder your market share is declining. If you can’t behave nicely with old customers how will you gain new customers.

Nobody is listening in local network team.Every time I received same call your network issue has been resolved.I couldn't expect these kind of behavior such big company.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI It's really not good with your service. I buy the sim1 month ago and I am still struggling to operate it. It's not even giving call on 59059. I have already invested my 500/- in it. Either you refund my amount or activate the sim. Number is 9167684001.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    First, they emailed saying refund via UPI within 2 hours of final bill. 1 month passed. Now clueless support staff is giving fake timelinessome say 45 days via cheque, some say log in to the app (how? when the number is ported out!).@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue
