    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy Vodafone sim. I have lost my money. It says to do televerification in 30 days where there sim was not working well. Kindly contact on 9886347001 to know more details and save your money. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Do not buy the Vodafone sim . I have been struggling with sim for almost 1 month. I have already paid 500 bugs as initial payment. Number is 9167684001. Called on customer care as well. They are playing smartly that we can give information for another state's number.

    Very bad network of Vodafone at west up muzaffarnagar Since 3 days i trying to call customer care but not attend calls all the time all customers are busy i will port my sim as soon to another network @VodafoneIN #badVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS The data connectivity too slow in some parts of Muzaffarnagar (Up West & Uttrakhand) circle from this evening in indoor and outdoor also, Pls re check the issue and revert back ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @TRAI Till the date, None of the site engineers of #VI have called me and asked, Where and why are you getting the issue of data speed,I am not using your service for #FOC I think services of #VI should be dropped.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS There are many locations in Muzaffarnagar where 3G speed is getting, data speed is bad in Muzaffarnagar in the last few days, VI's 4g network is missing even after manual search of the network. Request to VI team try to this network problem ASAP.

Nobody is listening in local network team.Every time I received same call your network issue has been resolved.I couldn't expect these kind of behavior such big company.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402
