    @ViCustomerCare No proper replies where sent on my issue only automated tweet were sent in response to my tweet to dm your number and all . I want proper solution for my internet speed issue else I will port my number to some other company .

    Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare the way u are looting your customer , I am sure one day you have to close your business from India. I have activated IR on my 3 numbers around 5th August and you added the full month charges in my bill. I have used 5 days only and I am paying for full
