    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare No proper replies where sent on my issue only automated tweet were sent in response to my tweet to dm your number and all . I want proper solution for my internet speed issue else I will port my number to some other company .

    @ViCustomerCare Horrible service and systems at Vi Chembur store. Went to buy a new postpaid Sim and even after 50mins, I had to leave without the simcard. The exec did the whole process thrice, but failed. It was a VIP num so now that number is not showing on the Vi app either.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare you're the best service provider with unlimited plans and family postpaid plans. But your connectivity is very bad. Please improve your signal strength in my area. People want to buy your plans but networking is not good.

    @ViCustomerCare You just have time till porting proces is completed. So best of luck. After being a loyal customer for more than 21 years and giving more than 7 years to resolve ZERO network issue. Ideas did not do anything which would resolve this issue. Guess VI not looking for loyal customers

    @ViCustomerCare uttter **** u guys are.After every 2 days, I have to call u guys to fix my internet connection.Most of the apps doesn't work properly not even VI shite app. Can't even file complaint thourgh the app.U guys call this service?Kothi pe baith jaa raandy ki aulaad!
