    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Is this how VI is planning to retain customers ,by giving false promises to customers leaving their network for better ,till now my jio sim would have been activated after port ,but just because of false promises still I am sitting with my network issue unresolved stuck with VI

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are the biggest scammers in telecom industry. No doubt you guys have gone bankrupt.. completely deserve it. Deducting money without even customer knowledge and when asked for refund you guys have 100's of reasons for not doing it.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been two days and despite specifically telling customer care to get my sim delivered at my home address by yesterday ,I have not received not even a phone call addressing my issue ,also the VI store at my location seems to be closed whenever I visit it

    @ektazshah @ViCustomerCare Vi service is like 2G nowadays,, and. best part is their network. anywhere you go, u dont get proper network and call drops..Move to Jio.
