    @ViCustomerCare It’s a very bad experience with the vodaphone I have take vodaphone network because of poor network I changed to airtel before that I paid all my pending bills still they not given confirmation to airtel to activate my number and I have settle my payment by using QR code

    @ViCustomerCare problem in coordination between your customer care department and billing department. We are suffering because of that. Harassment by collection agents as the problem was created by Vodafone idea. Seriously thinking of opting out of family plan and porting out.
