    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have recharged my mobile number from Amazon for Rs. 78. On payment page it was mentioned as validity of 89 days. But service validity is not extended. Instead some caller tunes service is activated. Please check and solve this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare 1. Well after long msg’s things are done. This would be my last msg or warning symbol, If it happens same for the next time without my concern. Would definitely opt out of your service the next time without even writing long messages on social media.
