  Extremely poor onboarding exp. with @ViCustomerCare Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is stuck since Aug 26. Made 4 calls to customer care, no update on delivery. Resolve this delay immediately or process a full refund of ₹365 so I can get a SIM from another provider. @VodafoneIdeaIN

  @ViCustomerCare Sir/Mam my new Postpaid Mobile number is suspended due to unknown reasons your support team is misleading and don't helping me at all and asking to visit store but the store also can't help me if a new postpaid customer is helpless then what will happen to other🙏🏻
