    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm @CMOMaharashtra Gavan Pada, Chembur-74 has been without a Vi network since 7:00 AM. Thousands of users are unable to make calls, use mobile data, or receive OTPs. This is unacceptable. Restore the network immediately and provide an official update.

    Why is there no network at all in Vasai Virar area? It is already flooded and the network has been gone since yesterday ! Let alone data but even network is gone. How will one avail emergency services? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You assured me that you are working on my issue, case is escalated blah blah while you are not aware of the issue itself…good job. In my first screenshot there was a case number, you could have got details from there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare `@ViCustomerCare VI launched 5G on 30th May but network is dead. No 4G, no 5G. Customer care not responding either. I paid for a plan and got no service. Requesting refund.
