    In Baur village of Bansdih tehsil of Ballia district, your network is in bad shape, your engineers come and inspect it from outside and the real problem is inside the village, finally we give money if it is so We will be forced to leave your network.@Idea @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Today, my phone didn't work from 3:15 PM to 3:37 PM. The moment my recharge pack expires, you disconnect the service without even a one-minute delay. Who is going to pay for the loss caused by this outage? Is your father going to compensate me? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with a 1-year plan, yet I'm still not receiving incoming calls. I raised a complaint and was assured it would be resolved by 19th July, but nothing happened. After raising another complaint, I was told to wait until 27th July. Solve ASAP!!!

    @ViCustomerCare See Iโ€™ll port out my sim to Jio just 38days left in 90days of cool down period, so I request donโ€™t deactivate my SIM card without my consent, i canโ€™t be a customer of such pathetic company but bcz 90 days of cool down period is there else I might not stay 1 sec on vi network
