    @ViCustomerCare sir I m always getting msg from VInto get recharge in my VI number. Problem is that your internet connectivity is so poor in my area that I m forced not to recharge because my internet will be totaly wasted . Either stop the messages or improve the network

    @ViCustomerCare Standard BOT responses. Hearing this since past 24 hrs. No action taken. No resolution yet. My incoming validity has expired. Not to mention, I'm a user since 19 years! Is this what I get for being a loyal user? Escalate this & provide a complimentary pack to restore my services!

    @SukantChhabra @ViCustomerCare I have much more than network issues in my bucket..such as updation of wrong feedback in VI system by customer care executive..no corrective action taken on loophole pointed out and so many.. Evey time they ask to DM number (for which we are facing issue) and issue stops there !
