    @ViCustomerCare Can any representative from Vi team who is authority to take decision ? I have raised request on 2nd Oct 21 to migrate postpaid to prepaid still not get resolved from your end only harresment is going on and on from Customer care executive. Need advice

    @ViCustomerCare Internet not working properly, network bars are good but due to lower bandwidth internet not working. I complained about that in my location Vinayakpur Durg 491221, not problem not resolved yet. Such a pathetic service from @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare we've been fed of bad call management! We can't even afford to keep any Vi to Vi voice call it's just because of your losing grip. I've already registered a full mentioned complaint on the same issue but you had not work on that. That's bad now.
