    @ViCustomerCare my number was moved from postpaid to prepaid and we made recharges of Rs.479 as well as a top up of Rs.10. It has been more than 8 hours now and the number hasn't been activated. What is the issue? Matter urgent!

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare When you are in international roaming they charge for missed calls. After long conversation they ask to pay the entire amount and softly say there was glitch in our system. Very bad service. Now I have to turn off the network as I'm in tour, thinking who are calling me.

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare It is not surprising at all, VI has not solved my network issue since last 2 year, and providing full compromise services and charging full lime rental for the same, they advise me to use WIFI calling of AIRTEL👎

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare You are one lucky customer. At least they are calling you. My complaint is unresolved for last 2 weeks. All I get is messages that they would resolve in 24 hrs!!
