    @ViCustomerCare Have stayed with Vodafone from 2007 , still showing faith. Still facing normal network and Internet issues in Bangalore ! Pathetic , Airtel and jio works better

    @ViCustomerCare wrost service by vi i recharge on 12/06/2026 rs 579 of 56 days which is end on06/08/2026 but my pack end on 04/08/2026 how this u justified this fraud by your company

    @ViCustomerCare Its been now more then a week and 3 visit to just get sim activated, but still no solution , now this is my 4th visit at vi store i hope they will fix if now need to get them to consumer @jagograhakjago to get my 26 year old number

    @ViCustomerCare Issue is not resolved yet . What's benefit of having Unlimited 5G Recharge when I'm not able to use it. Your network Shows 5G in Mobile but data is again deducted from Daily Quota .

    Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, my internet has been painfully slow for weeks. I filed a complaint 10 days ago, but you have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Why am I paying for a service I cannot even use? Fix my network speed immediately! #Vi #PoorService #InternetDown
