Really very disappointed with the service of @VodaIdea_NEWS in my locality. My whole recharge goes in vain all the time. So poor network, can't even make local calls. Please resolve the issue if possible. I am frustrated! #VI #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare

Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI
