  @aditiraval @ViCustomerCare Ok . Using jio and airtel both. Airtel is worst for international roaming. And customer support is even worse in airtel

  Perhaps optics of quality networking services is biggest brand ambassador for any mobile services company as best ambassador Dog for Vodafone brand campaign is still remembered for it's simple humble network always ...wherever you are ..in this beautiful world ...network will follow ! But Alas, @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla quality of network and services is worst value a customer experience and Shahrukh Khan can never help with gossiping as call quality or data speed matters ! Marketing is quality value network 100% as people dont pay free lunch for faces as can go to cinema by buying ticket as self respected citizens building #ViksitBharat2047!   @ViCustomerCare FINAL WARNING:This level of service is absolutely unacceptable! My internet has been painfully slow for over a month despite repeated complaints.For the past week,even calling has been a problem. I complained again 5 days ago and was promised a fix within 4 days.

  @ViCustomerCare Only change in logo. No improvement in service, network etc. even the utility payment section in the VI app is not working since last 2 months and your customer service team has no update on that. Such a rubbish company
