@ViCustomerCare Caller tune was activated in my mobile without my permission. I deactivated it, but again getting messages that caller tune activated. I tried to call customer care several times, after multiple IVR option, when I get to connect in the call, the line disconnects.

@ViCustomerCare Hi…just a quick question. Do you ever set up a good network coverage in my area. If you can’t, just say No. It’s been more than 3-4 years we are getting same service. Do you how worst it is? We are not getting OTPs. The more loyal we are, the worse service we get
