@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare, can you please stop with your cheap tactics of subscribing to VAS on our behalf and deducting money from the balance? It's annoying to call customer care twice a week and go through the headache of getting the amount reversed. This is disgusting.

@ViCustomerCare Too late for that!!! Have been complaining about network for a long time. Last year ported other number for same reason. Was given hollow assurances then, network issue will be fixed in 2 weeks. Waited for 52 & now porting. Will u fix issues only if customer goes for porting?

@ViCustomerCare Very very pathetic billing service You send recharge receipt only if recharge is done through VI app. You have to provide receipt of recharge done through other UPI apps. After all you are getting bill amount so you have to produce bill at least on demand.

@ViCustomerCare it's been more than 24 hours that my incoming calls have been blocked without any prior notification. Customer care says it ll be fixed in a day's time but they themselves don't know what the issue is? What sort of service is this and how can you block my calls?
