    There is no issue for me to pay what amount @JioCare says but thay should also not compromise in customer service and satisfaction. My internet speed is in 2 digit kbps so why not port to some other operators. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @idea_cares @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Kono solution er dorkar nei. Port korbo. Already local shop er sathe katha hoye gache. 22 tarikh port korbo r ei month er moddhe shob family members er number o port korbo. 1 post paid, 3 prepaid. Onk complain korar por o kono solution or improvements nei.

    @DoT_India I keep complaining, you keep forwarding, they keep saying "resolved", issues keep repeating ........... For me, it's never ending for years with @ViCustomerCare Customers, like me, paying for services and rolling in this loop. I'm not sure if there is any proper control on this.

    I am using VI from 5+ year. Now 3 days ago my internet suddenly stop 🛑I given Complain through the VI APK and then call to customer care they told me it will take within 3 days we are solved your issue Today they callme and told it takes time to resolve @ViCustomerCare
