    @VodafoneIN Hello! Your complaint for Voice-No Access INC or OG with reference number MNG-V00126628671 dated 02 Oct 20 02.39 PM is resolved. If you are not satisfied, you can log appeal at 198. This msg I received nothing happened problem is as it is call dropping and Slow net.

    @VodafoneIN complaints are closed without resolution. Can't send sms to hsbc bank 575750. Same issue with all VI customers. You are pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare Escalation is the same how does it matter if i do it on twiter or email. As if i had already escalated the matter on email and call center number but no one was bother to call me back or give me resolution for my query or issue. @VodafoneIN @Idea

    @ViCustomerCare You need how many 24 hrs. I faced this issue from Dec 2021 to till now in this particular panimayanagar area to lions town. But I know they faced this issue more than some years in panimayanagar to lions town. Everyone paid money for the connection right. Its not free of cost.
