@ViCustomerCare Unable to activate imessage & FaceTime on iphone13. Trying for the past 7 days but unsuccessful. Contacted @AppleSupport & they confirmed issue with the carrier i.e. VI. When I insert @reliancejio sim it get activated immediately. Fix it or port to Jio. Yr choice.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am having RS 17 in my account still i am not able to send PORT message and customer case is saying to you need to recharge first what the hell is this. I want to port today then why i should i wait for another 30 days and waste my money.
