    @ViCustomerCare I want to bring to the notice of all Idea customers a very serious matter. The idea network is subscribing its customers to various online options without concent and charging them for it. This has happened to my husband twice in one day.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call and wasted around 15 minutes. As expected,the same information was being repeated multiple times without trying to understand the main issue. At last when the executive became clueless he just said we will pass on the feedback to the team.Time to port out..
