    @ViCustomerCare how much do you charge for porting from postpaid to prepaid in ur same network?? i was charged 700₹ for porting to prepaid... Store owner said 300₹ is for plan change fee,50₹ for sim, 350 ₹ for one month plan. i feel i am scammed by your store manager.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care officer is not answering properly. they are disconnecting my call in between conversations. I recharged the data pack on one of my VI numbers by mistake instead of the other. I want help with that.

All i asked is how much the store manager can charge for changing from Vodafone postpaid to vi prepaid? I paid all postpaid bill

    @ViCustomerCare For past 2 months we are not getting network coverage for Vi/Vodaphone 4G/3G. Even after complaints no one cared about it. Because of this issue we are forced to move to other network.
