    @ViCustomerCare I want justice. Vodafone idea should not cheat customers. I have paid my recharge amount. You have not restored my services and not bothered to return my money. I condemn such acts. You are fleecing customers and not providing resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare VI customer care doesn't help their customers. This degradation was bound to happen when Idea became Vodafone Idea. Everything is money, without any human emotions.

    @ViCustomerCare vi 4g network is not working properly in my area, pin-711316, It's became very slow. YouTube, Google is not running so slow. I have cleared all browsing data from crome & Google activity but problem is still alive. Please recover the network.

    @ViCustomerCare The outgoing service of my mom's phone stopped but incoming was active. I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea, please do some homework. If you really want to provide a resolution to a customer, you can. But the important question is that are you at all interested? Customer satisfaction and service is zero.

    @ViCustomerCare We talk about so many things but the basic concern is that Indian companies cheat customers and they take advantage of the Indian consumer laws. Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point in sending any direct response. Your people are denying returning my money. When they are not restoring service, they should return my money. The money was given to your company for a service, which you are denying. This is against human ethics.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't understand what law and order we have. If a customer has paid money for some service and the service is not restored, the money won't be returned? Not acceptable

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    @ViCustomerCare It only hurts the customer. 5 to 6 different Representative has contacted but they are neither restoring my service nor refunding my money which I paid. Cheating of customer can't be accepted.

    @Airtel_Presence we have two prepaid and one postpaid connection of airtel in our house. Their internet connection is so poor that it's becoming hard to sustain. But my mother has @ViCustomerCare service which is the only stable connection now. Should we leave Airtel?

    @sanjeevsanyal One common problem is activation of random services. When challenged it does get deactivated but they don't answer how it got activated in the first place. Has happened with me and I use Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I had a good Vodafone RM who sorted all issues. Their corporate team is good. Airtel has worse service. With Jio most of the things work through the app so you never have to call them. Move to Jio. It is the best service.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI similar nonsense at my As1anet ISP down south as well. But service is ok.They just come up with random sht like warranty,dual band modem,more speed etc monthly. It was really bad before Jio 4G/fibre came.Then we didnt have any options than BSNL. Now extortion dampened

    @ViCustomerCare I changed my prepaid no to postpaid , after some days( from Friday) my sim service is suspended. I called customer care many times and I visited vodafone store mamy times but my problem did not resolve yet. No any positive reply I get from your side. 😔

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Just go to cpgrams portal and register a complaint. Select DOT from the front page while raising the grievance. It goes thru an official route, they are bound to take proper action and submit the report back to ministry.

    Vodafone 3days ago they started collertune service without my permission then immediately I complained on 198 then Someone Divya named person said our system is not working.Then again I called today & Shaikh Ruhan name person said same like Divya.Solve my problem @ViCustomerCare
