    @ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.

    @ViCustomerCare We talk about so many things but the basic concern is that Indian companies cheat customers and they take advantage of the Indian consumer laws. Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.

    @ViCustomerCare I got an sms in Jan 2022 sauing my Amazon prime subscription would be renewed for Rs1k. I agreed. The very nxt day, another sms announced that it was renewed for Rs1499. I immediately requested Vodafone to cancel it. T
