    @VodafoneIN Please help, my mothers in law's, voda prepaid 9674618684 has been deactivated, yesterday; she is a senior citizen and could not recharge.i had recharged with ₹ 50, yesterday (25th March, 2020), she got recharge sms saying validity is till 16th March 2020.

    @VodafoneIN Suddenly I can see Rs. 49 has been deducted from my MOM's 7872411222. Customer support can't clarify the reason & refund, wheather 1 yr. Unlimited plan is already activated. What's wrong with @VodafoneIN Those uneducated stuffs are enough to spoil ur reputation.

    @ShivAroor @VodafoneIN But they can't compete @Airtel_Presence in this matter and still feel proud of having fastest network. Sabse Acha apna Ambani ji ka jio hai. But this Airtel no has been since too long.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare There Is issue regarding ur network coverage. Whenever there is powercut in locality network switches to 2g . What kind of 4g service is this. Kindly inquiry with ur team. This kind of behaviour leads to switching to different service provider.

    @Virali01 @ViCustomerCare Better option to port your number, it takes 4 days also competition can deliver new card to your doorstep and network is also good. Tariff and service are almost same. VI doesn't able to retained the old customers.

    @airtelindia 4G is not working from tomorrow. If it does not resolve by tomorrow. I am porting to @ViCustomerCare or @JioCare . I just get frustrated with every month 2-3 days 4G Connectivity is down. Bill me for 28 days in a month instead of 30 days
