@ANJANKU73951613 @VodafoneIN You can switch back from postpaid to prepaid after 90 days or three billing cycles. Don't get upset over this issue. It's a problem if prepaid SIM gets deactivated once. You're lucky that your number wasn't re-alotted to someone else. Next time, keep a check on validity period.

@ASHMITADEBNATH @readavi @VodafoneIN Both of you are right, @VodafoneIN has the best network, and on top of that they have the best team to support us in any kind of problems we face. I switched to #Vodafone in 2012, and then afterward I didn't have to worry.

Hike tariff, but I'll still support and be with #Vodafone @VodafoneIN. Cheap pricing means inferior quality but #VodafoneIdea is known for its best quality in service & support both. Quality matters. With quality comes reliability.

@ViCustomerCare changed my number to postpaid on 23rd Nov, my outgoing is still not working. 3 times went to your store, 4 times called customercare. Only answer i get is request is now raised.. someone will call within 24 hours for verification. But it's never done.

@ViCustomerCare One of the worst service provider, initially Vi has good internet service but nowadays their service is worst, i ported my one Vi number to airtel and second one will soon port to other service provider.
