    @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.

    @ViCustomerCare Ur customer care given a offer to not change the company and that offer still not active and my bill was coming same and ur team told in 48 hours ur services will active but still I have raise complaints 3 to 4 time and from ur side team saying apologize alway

    @ViCustomerCare when you can’t charge us for caller tunes or games you stop the mobile service and give us network problems which shows as no service on the mobile. Is this even allowed? @TRAI any support for harassed customers or should we approach the consumer court?

    @ViCustomerCare what a worst Co.every month I recharge before expiring but still I can’t connect to any call.. the same message “aapke call ki validity samapt ho chuki hai”where gone the amount I paid huh??Sort it so that I use my money I off the sim😡😡
