@ViCustomerCare has started changing the plans by just informing to the customer through SMS,no emails ,no calls. They are also not seeking approval from customers. I was waiting vodafone to port out but looks like I have to port my number #VodafoneIdea

@ViCustomerCare i made several complaints regarding connection to network and your worst switching between 3g & 4g even on the same pin point position it suddenly switched to 3g… I am using idea since 2010 Don’t know what happen the best network becomes the worst day by day😔😔
