@ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.

@ViCustomerCare I am sorry to say but you guys have stooped to a new low this time. First your signal and network is absolutely horrendous, then you block the SMS to 1900 so that customers can't port out, and your Customer Care tells me I cannot message until I recharge for 128.

Fraud is what Vodafone Idea (VI) should be named. 1. Changed the number from Prepaid to Postpaid without my consent. 2. Blackmails me to pay the bill. 3. Been a member of Vodafone and now Vodafone Idea for more than 10 years yet doesn't value the customer. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare The problem is Sir, 10 years ago, I used to fill the form for the SIM card, in which the people who filled it used to make a lot of mistakes, it is not matching in the document, this problem is coming, whatever document I want, I have all the original documents.poor services
