  @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone @VIcustomercare Solution is not to deploy another new site. Atleast maintain the uptime of the existing sites in the area. Conditions are worse on weekends. O&M team didn't even bother to restore the down sites.

  @ViCustomerCare This audio message is not on every number and not on every service provider. If that is the case then I have to switch to a different provider. It's really irritating when you have to make an urgent call but have to wait for that audio message.

  @ViCustomerCare lot of site most of the time not opens including amazon prime, also very bad voice quality during call. What are you doing guys??? Even some time gmail attachment not opens & we forcefully use VPN to open...Very disappointed

  @ViCustomerCare your network on my location is completely chocked just I called to CC of Voda she registered a complaint reference number UPE-V00424227260. Since 2 year has completed from suffer worst network on my location.
