    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing continuous delay and negligence in converting Vi number from postpaid to prepaid. Despite multiple requests, no update has been given. Requesting immediate intervention from @TRAI @DoT_India for strict action against such poor customer service.

    I have done my mnp form jio to vi and it's been more then 5 days they have not activated the sim card and when I called the customer care they say that call after 5 hour . When I called after 5 hour they then also said that call after 5 hour what is this service @ViCustomerCare .
