I have switch from Airtel to Vodafone with a plan of 399 on which you promised Amazon Prime for 1 year and 150 GB extra for 6 months.But today's,after activation you did not provided these. VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
