@VodafoneIN First day, Worst experience. I have switch from Airtel to Vodafone with a plan of 399 on which you promised Amazon Prime for 1 year and 150 GB extra for 6 months.But today's,after activation you did not provided these. It's not fair to cheat. @DoT_India

@VodafoneIN I am trying to recharge my connection with the given plan but unable to do so. I tried via paytm/my vodafone app and all these frustrated things persist even after the long story by pathetic customer care services at Meerut centre.

@VodafoneIN Well done, Vodafone. Fab customer care services you are providing to your virtual customers coz I am sure you have no interest in real customer problems. I am still waiting for my 200Rs as a refund. Also, your my Vodafone app is a crap it shows paytm Bal 0 even if there is money.

@ViCustomerCare @GoI_MeitY Received call from VI Cust.C after porting to other network. I was asked to sms'CANCEL_mynumber' to 1900 for completing the port req, but this sms is for cancelling port request. Instead of giving good service, you guys are fooling your customers.
