@VodafoneIN @Idea I currently have a Idea Postpaid. I wanted to switch it to Idea Prepaid as network of Idea is good as compared to Vodafone at my place. When i went to store they are saying u will get Vodafone Prepaid and not Idea Prepaid. Please help me out.

Is this appropriate @ViCustomerCare. Needed a vi sim in urgent so i took the postpaid sim. When i asked about the same in customer care i was told there's no such policy. But store again they Denied saying we dont have a system to change the sim before 90 days.

Totally unsatisfied and frustrated from @ViCustomerCare i needed a prepaid sim in urgent so i made a visit to Vi STORE VAPI NEAR PAPILLON HOTEL and their they denied to issue a prepaid sim. Asked me to 1st get a postpaid sim use it for 90 days and get it converted to prepaid.
