    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Sir Please improve your network & locate a new mobile tower in mangdewadi Katraj Pune because there is no range from Anjana reality building to morya dreams building there is no range in this area no indoor & no outdoor network only jio has Range in this Area really improve

    @ViCustomerCare I visited for a sim card issue But i shocked and very disappointed when MS. Shivani started to give me excuses that your prepaid sim card needed to convert in post paid plan then it get activated. please confirm me in which VI Policy it have. #vodafoneidea #Agra @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have deleted my number from time time as you suggested and also send you message. I need only answer for my they have forced me to convert the prepaid no in postpaid to solve the issue. Is it really a right solution for VI store.

    @ViCustomerCare It's been three days and till now 3 times i replaced the sim. The service is still down and when enquired about the activation status , there is not even a single reponse from Vi social media team for the past4 hrs. I pity on myself for being a customer for Vi for more than 12yr

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI worlds most horrible service provider. Unable to use date even having sufficient balance on account. Helpline person not able to resolved the issue TL disconnected the call with out any resolution.
