    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Today again, the network disappeared in mobile from night and do not know how long it will come. You have very poor service, where all network service is right, you get spoiled by a small typhoon.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team, I am facing major issue with 4G network in pincode 743127. Is the system down ?? I have 100GB+ data left but not able to use due to the poor speed. Also I have prepaid connection and my friends with postpaid gets better service. Could you tell me why ?

    @ViCustomerCare dear Vi am a postpaid platnimum plan member am unable to make or receive calls send sms and using data network because it's stopped by your side why every month am facing this issue for 7 days in a month please do resolve this issue
