I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare I have vi postpaid sim which suddenly has no network one day. After visiting to vi store, they gave new sim to me still I do not see any signal for vi sim. I have other Vi sims also which are working fine.Following complaint has been raised since last 3 days.

@ViCustomerCare I am not happy with VI for not having any consumer support #TRAI #ConsumerRights . Very poor service . Not satisfied with this service and don't want to continue for further services.

@ViCustomerCare Since yesterday evening in DLF Cybercity Chennai issue in the network. I can’t able to hear the opposite speaker voice. Internet is also too slow. Can’t even able to call 198 and file a complaint. Same issue for my colleague too. VI==Network Issues
