I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Vi service is so poor every month they activate VAS without any information even sim is not in any mobile. I received only money dedication msg when I insert it in mobile. So worst service also customer support also every time I call.

@ViCustomerCare We are living in2021 not 1990 ok. From yesterday morning onwards till today almost till now no network in VI Sim .Tower is just 100 meter from my place just a waste . Shame on your service.Waste of money and my time with VI useless service.shame on you.

@ViCustomerCare customer services tem also admitted that Vodafone Idea team here doing business like a fish market . 1. Convinced for postpaid and after 20days connection will barred and when u lodge complain then clear the payment and do prepaid. Tera baap ka paisa hai be.
