Dear @ViCustomerCare, I am going to reactivate my SIM 9844***182 from Hoskote, Bangalore rural store. What is the amount to be paid including sim charge, activation service charge? Will it be with proper invoice/bill? As per me, sim cost is Rs.5/-. Waiting for your reply

@ViCustomerCare I'm not able to send any message since last 5-6 days, I have Rs. 150+ balance, SMSC is also correct. Tried reaching out to customer care but they are saying your issue will be resolved in next 5-6 days. Resolve this issue ASAP or I will switch to @reliancejio.
