You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍

Also, instead of asking me to prove that I did not use the service, please check your own system records and verify whether I actually used Vi Movies & TV or watched any content through this subscription.
