    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare it's day in day out only one message reflect SMS can't send error 38. If same problem continues we have to port to other operator. I had tried with Vi app but no results. Look in to it.

    @ViCustomerCare My no 9167363309 I m using post paid plan from 7 year and every time there is some or the other charges extra on the bill plan got changed without intimation. When I try to switch from postpaid plan u give some or the other discounts which i never got..every time bill is more

    @ViCustomerCare than my plan video cal charges, etc .this time also same thing again u promised to give discount on bill and bill is still showing the same amount...I dnt want to continue the bill plan and will never recommend any for vi postpaid

    @ViCustomerCare You guys are hopeless in giving a DND service & have miserably failed in past 6years, so pls don't be bothered, I shall wait to seek response from @TRAI on this to see what legal action can be taken as have atleast 10+ confirmation that the #DND has been activated
