    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Shame on you, Vodafone. For the last one week you have done nothing except replying with, hi there. You are not concerned with customer issues. Till date nobody contacted me. To cover up your incompetency, lies are being told by your executives. Very unfortunate indeed.

    @ViCustomerCare i complained about data not coming on 9th i was given time till 6pm on 12th but now it is 10 o'clock my network is not improving i am calling customer care from 8pm but that without talking Calls cut off please do something my number is 9927919830

    @ViCustomerCare Can someone in your company connect to solve a problem. My number has been deactivated for few months. Have recharged but incoming services are still not working. What am I suppose to do? Borrow net from my neighbors? Please connect with me.
