@VodafoneIN What happened to the promise u made thru sms? "Hello! Your Refund related request dated 18-Jan-2021 07:24:46 PM with reference number C003-97655243425 is registered. Your request will be processed by 23-Feb-2021 06:00:00 PM." @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP pls help sir.

@ViCustomerCare Okay so after more than 12 hours I haven’t received any response, in lockdown with no assistance outside, my number is not active for now 18-20 hrs . God forbids if there is an emergency, the number is not working

@ViCustomerCare my vi customers India no quality network and they vi company is working for cheats a lot and takes away all of our privacy at the customers so plz my customers port out immediately vi to any other networks sms to 1900 from PORT NUMBER any u have doubt msg here.
