    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 @VodafoneGroup since three days I am getting assurance that my sms service will be started but there is no response from vi team. Third class service after vi and idea merger. I am not able to bear the pain.

    @varun_ar #ViCustomerCare torture... When you port out you get 53 calls in a day asking you want to port... In the initial few calls, I explained the reason for porting and they said fine, now we will update systems and you wont get any calls. But it never ends.. Such a nonsense company

    .@ViCustomerCare Hi,your network sucks. We r unable to use all our tel numbers as the calls drop after a few seconds. Complaining has not resolved the issue. Citizens are being helped by our #CovidWarRoom and the call drops r really distressing. Any quick fixes? Mumbai 400103

    @ViCustomerCare Vinaya, i have sent all details via DM. As i knew that u also became invisible .....even not replying. I want my any one at least one sim is activate right now. Ur responsibility to make sure atleast one service will be in live..without it amazing is not possible
