I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare Guys I am getting amazing speeds of 15-20Mbps while downloading apps or watching videos. But the latency/ping & stability while gaming is very bad. Don't know what's the problem but can you give me a solution? I don't face this issue with any other operator.

@ViCustomerCare one of the most pathetic network in my area at least. Poor Internet service, poor call connectivity & one of the cheapest customer service support. Since morning I can’t even browse basic Google page. Every app in my phone is down just bcoz of internet.
