    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare It's extremely sad, that you just decided to decrease my validity by 15 days, because you can! You ask for 5 days to resolve it, which never gets resolved! Finally I recharged last night. I wished to migrate to some other network, but who has time, right? ❌
