    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am in international roaming & my sim card is showing No service. I recharged with Rs 79 combo pack to keep my sim active on 3rd Sep and also have around Rs 100 in balance. Can you let me know why I don't have any service? This number belongs to Mumbai Circle

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my SIM to VI. But unable to activate the SIM. I tried calling 59059, but it's asking for a 5 digit PIN which I didn't understand. Please help me out.

    @ViCustomerCare such as Manual network search, apn change, removing SIM card, switching of device, changing devices to check without any success. Can you please help me as all my official accounts are linked to this number without which I’m digitally handicapped. MoreInfoInDM
