I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare some error with Vi app, i have been using 399 plan from a year, and since feb end 699 plan has been activated, i requested for the older plan which 399 through Vi app, but still no progress, made several calls to customer care but no help. Please resolve. Dm sent.

@ViCustomerCare Never seen a more poorly designed app than Vi for android. Someone needs to tell the team that it needs to do more than just have the yellow ball keep writing Vi.

@ViCustomerCare @motorolaindia wen I insert a prticular VI sim in slot 1/2 after 1-2 day of use sim slot stop working & does not detect sim but whn I use other sim it work fine. When I use same VI sim in other phone, it works perfectly fine there. where is the problem ph moto G30
