    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @rmstakkar Need urgent support, My Mob No. was down from last 24 hours after Postpaid to Prepaid conversation and not able to get any support from VI store Lajpat Nagar. I have visited the store two times.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't understand for a suspended number how can you generate a bill ? Is this a new scheme to siphon of your existing customer ? What I will do is I will pay this amount and port to @airtelindia maybe they will help me better
