What Service you guys are providing???? NOT even getting the Internet when required... it's been more than a Month and still the same issue with the Internet and Calls and you say it is 4G Giganet Speed, NOT even 1 Mbps speed is available on your NETWORK @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare Hi ! Without doing anything, caller tune service is activated and charged ₹49.50. May I know how this happens? Please address this issue.
