I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia please improve your network. I have mailed so many time to vi care for network issues .vi network tem also visited my place but network issue wasn't resolved. Only they informed that my network signal optimized and refreshed. Please resolve this.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIoT Pathetic service from VodafoneIdea India for M2M SIM cards in Hyderabad, India. SIM cards never got activated, billing started and now no leads on disconnection as well. Vi is such a pain.

India telecom is headed towards a monopoly. Is that why @reliancejio has decided that cust. service & providing data is not important now that they have scammed people & fooled us into signing on as customers. Wish @ViCustomerCare got its act together. Was always the best of lot.

@ViCustomerCare I have a Vi number (92116*****) from which we can neither send nor receive messages nor even calls. After visiting your Vi Store, We are asked to mail to the customer care helpline. Is it such a big problem that it will take so many days ?
