@VodafoneIN What happened to the promise u made thru sms? "Hello! Your Refund related request dated 18-Jan-2021 07:24:46 PM with reference number C003-97655243425 is registered. Your request will be processed by 23-Feb-2021 06:00:00 PM." @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP pls help sir.

I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare Hello, I have a issue in VI I recharged previously months which expires date was 24 Nov 25, But I recharged my SIM for this month 2 days before on 22 Nov 25 but after 24 Nov I can't able to use my data or outgoing call why????
