I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare Got call from + 91 79 xxxx 1080. Please do not disturb me. I am really shocked on pathetic service and internet service when we were away from Ahmedabad on 25 and 26 Jan 2023. Better option is to port all numbers one by one. Thanks

Hey @ViCustomerCare, it appears the proces to raise a DND complaint is time consuming. Go to app, give a 50 character description, add number, date the call received, then capcha then OTP. Ideally should just be a simple sms to a number with details. Is there a better way?
