I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare My 4G services aren’t working properly. The internet runs very slow. Tried connecting with your CS team but isn’t going through. VI app doesn’t even have an option to troubleshoot neither there’s anything in the FAQ section. Do get it sorted asap!

@ViCustomerCare @realmecareIN I have an realme 8 and two sim cards first is airtel and second is VI but whenever I keep my mobile data on 2nd (VI) it keeps changing from 2nd to 1st or it stops working . I don't know if it's my smartphone or my sim card so please fix this …
