Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.

If someone says something second time, ill go and drown myself in some river.
