    I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare When our recharge is over, you stop all the services, you don't even think that you should wait for a day or two, but the day you have network problem, why should we wait.

    Very poor customer care service by @vodafone @ViCustomerCare They responded after 36 hours and didn't address the issue thoroughly.Other post paid services are cheaper than Vodafone on that ground they gave me concession for 6 month and now again updating previous expensive plan

    @ViCustomerCare Till now we were using vodafone but in the last 7 days vodafone's network Due to poor network, I am very sad that even after being such a complete company, we are providing such network, it was not expected from Vodafone till now.

    @ViCustomerCare Just Received call from indore by Mr.Ganesh Mob 976310036. he told me Problem identifyd at your site we will resolved one Or two week.. Dhikkar Hai nalaykon VI all.. Last Month ki complaint abhi tak thik nahi kar paye.
