I have been a loyal subscriber of Vodafone Idea. The number is linked to my bank account. It has been a month that there is no network for me, it just stopped working abruptly. Now I couldn't do any online transaction because I couldn't receive OTP @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare Recently, I have made one big mistake that I have ported to Vi India postpaid from Airtel postpaid. From the first day onwards, I am facing issues with Vi India. After 2 weeks, my calls got barred, and they are saying to got Vi store for address verification.

@ViCustomerCare I have been complaining of my Value Added Service in active since 19th May, however no one seems to help. You guys keep telling me its active. But the Hotstar login tells “invalid credentials”. Pathetic service

@ViCustomerCare Vi also does the same. I had recharged my number through Vi app, the recharge was unsuccessful but the amount got deducted from my account. Spoke to the customer care and had sent my bank statement to them and did multiple follow ups but no use. It's been more than 2 weeks now

@ViCustomerCare you have already closed the complaint and your executive calls and tells me that my concern is being worked upon. When I told her about this she disconnected the call & sent DM that my concern is discussed. Is this kind of discussion you have with customers?
