    @ViCustomerCare I got a call from your executive Tanvir Khan. I explained him the issue in 40 sec and he kept me on hold for more then 5 mins. After that he said that the co will investigate and get back to you shortly. Is this the kind of service standards set by you @ViCustomerCare
