    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no right to cheat customers and deny the basic ask. You cannot digest my money which I had paid to VI for a service which you didn't give. My crusade will continue forever. Don't underestimate a genuine customer.

    @ViCustomerCare to convert prepaid to postpaid, local store charged me 300 INR. Checked with customer care, they said no charge. Then checked the local store, they said, they will adjust that amount in upcoming bill after 6 months. They are not responding now.

    @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare I have no number to contact and these people are just not able to help with the issue. It is so frustrating to see that they can't activate my SIM. This has been the worst experience from any network provider.
