    @VodafoneIN VAS service has been charged on my number. I didn’t opt for the same. I am trying to reach you guys since 5 days. Please watch out before over committing if you can’t fulfill. Nobody has connect with me till now. Can you please call me asap

    @VodafoneIN heed this deep and heed this well. Your 4g service at Sikkim is slower than 2g service of other providers. If u don't update yourself.. market shall be too cruel to you. Please.. do something

    @ViCustomerCare I have revisited the store on your request,they were unable to help. You closed the ticket as resolved, even before it is.. Please think before asking anyone to revisit the store.They don't even have access and you haven't sent the email as well. #notresolved

    @ViCustomerCare A person came to check network speed at my home this afternoon from @ViCustomerCare and confirmed signal is week. He promised it will be sorted in a week's time. I wonder how you charge me higher for #RedX plan and still give me a poor network? @TRAI

    @abhishekrprasad @ViCustomerCare Yes it's from their "new" customer care team I guess. It's the right mail id. Even i haven't seen this unprofessional behaviour earlier! And I've also had larger outstanding amounts than this. They don't send bills, resolve issues and instead without doing their own part harass!

    @ViCustomerCare hi we are experiencing very bad network connection in Chennai, vanagaram. Our tariff offer valid till tomorrow but outgoing calls are disconnected today itself. No proper response from your customer care executive also. They didn't take the complaint itself.
