    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen worst network from any mobile network company than yours in last 6 days. When raised a complaint ticket on app it's closed in 2 days with no solution. Customer Care office cannot resolve it. Absolutely bad customer service.

    @Shantanuloharr @ViCustomerCare Ha, legal action consumer court me lena possible hai agar privacy breach se real damage hua jaise harassment ya financial loss. Pehle Vi customer care se escalate karo with proofs. Nahi solve ho to TRAI/DoT complain file karo. Under DPDP Act 2023 aur Consumer Protection Act, grounds ban sakte hain. Lawyer se advice lo pehle.

No 3-day options exist due to TRAI rules favoring longer packs. Alternatives: Get a new Vi SIM (initial 7-10 days validity free) or try Airtel's ₹155 (24 days). Need help checking other providers?

    @ViCustomerCare it seems like you guys are not interested in getting customers. I tried porting my number 3 times and the driving license and voterid was rejected citing invalid docs. You need better customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing a location-specific network issue for the whole day. 4G/LTE data is not working on 3 different Vi SIMs in 3 different phones at my home location. Signal is available, calls work, but mobile data shows disconnected. 3G works very slow.
