    @VodafoneIN heed this deep and heed this well. Your 4g service at Sikkim is slower than 2g service of other providers. If u don't update yourself.. market shall be too cruel to you. Please.. do something

    @ViCustomerCare I’ll make sure all my friends who are in Vi network port to Airtel/Jio. We have our own right to select languages we want and you don’t have any rights to make us select Hindi. I don’t know Hindi why the hell should I select it ??

    @ViCustomerCare My father is a senior citizen. He needs to convert his postpaid Sim to prepaid Sim. He can't visit or we cannot take him to the store. Please help. Store is not cooperating in switching and forcing me to bring him to the store in this pandemic.

    @ViCustomerCare why have I been charged for national roaming on my postpaid bill? My number is always on national roaming and there are no charges for it, as far as I know. Also, why can't your customer care execs hear anything on call?

    @ViCustomerCare @Jiocare JIO given 6 Month Unlimited Data At Beginning Of Service I don't Understand Why They Are Not Providing Night 12 To 6 Am Unlimited Data In Their Plans Now So We Can Port In Jio... This Is Only Reason I am Using Vi Service
