    @ViCustomerCare Again same problem. Every weekend wifi is not available. Jab renew krvana hota hai tab sales representative BHIKH mangte hai and then again no wifi service. Next time I am not going to renew. Shame on you. So poor. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I went to VI store for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They verified my all documents and gave me prepaid sim. However, prepaid one never got activated. When I call your customer care they said I have to again go to VI store. I can't visit store again

    @ViCustomerCare in city like gurgaon VI is giving 3G network on 4G plan since last 7 days.. pathetic network service , finally it seems time to move on to other network after 15 years..

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Jyoti, This complaint is not number specific issue. Please check the network quality at Jabalpur Airport and you will understand the complaint which I have raised.

    My father did a recharge on VI network. The money credited was somehow deducted from his account.I have been calling customer care since then but haven't got any solution. It has been more than 96 hours and no explanation is given yet SERIOUSLY FED UP WITH THIS. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi my balance of Rs 166 has been wiped out without using any service, what is going on with vi, earlier I had raised the same issue and later it wS rectified, but again my balance is showing nil..please check and refund my amount on priority..what is wrong with u
