    @ViCustomerCare You can't change plan of any customer without his/her permission. But you did this. I have 299 plan but you changed with 399 plan this month. I will not pay any extra amount for that. I want my reverse. If you don't do that I will take a legal action against you.

    @ViCustomerCare why you don't have sms service for base plans. Its an essential telcom service and at at best there should be pay as you go rates.

    codes like *123# for BSNL & *199# not working properly due to low signal both @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare should provide adequate network coverage in entire Mizoram state.
