    @VodafoneIN The 4G net condition from Vodafone is too much poor, download speed 30 KBPS. Customer service is not also responding. Too pathetic condition.

    @ViCustomerCare You say it hurts, but doesn't matter to you how it hurts your customers. 3 days without me being able to make out recieve calls and your customer care has notmade an effort to reach me since 20 hours despite sharing alternate contact details. Time for me to Port? I guess so.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a number issued in april’22. The sim didn’t work on inserting in my phone and I did not have the time to wait for another 4 hours. The vi store in cp inner circle suggested to get another number and they will cancel the number in question here. (2/3)

    @ViCustomerCare the info you have sharwd on dm is useless as it says my complaint is registered and will be resolved by 1040 am on june 18th. ur representative has merely copy pasted the msg and sent it when the timeline for resolving has already passed. nobody is helping at all.

    @ViCustomerCare we have placed port request for number 8879089773. This is second time request. Kindly port the number. Reason for leaving Vodafone,no network in village area where we stay. Kindly port and oblige
