    Today I have exchange a old idea sim to new vi sim (5:20p.m). Employee said your sim will work in 2 hrs . Still now no updates on sin no signal nothing is working due to this unable to use Paytm etc all accounts. Very bad behaviour VI @ViCustomerCare)

    @ViCustomerCare most pathetic service ever i m still facing internet speed problem in my town they saying we are upgrading since 6 months speed was not even like 2g i complaint more than 10 times now my net is not working can't even surf totally money wasted 901 rs recharge.😡😡
