    @VodafoneIN The 4G net condition from Vodafone is too much poor, download speed 30 KBPS. Customer service is not also responding. Too pathetic condition.

    @ViCustomerCare Furthermore, the phone number (155223) you provided to deactivate the OTT services is not working. Since it was activated from your end, please deactivate it yourselves. You have made life very complicated for two elderly people.

    @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
