@ViCustomerCare In Trivandrum city it's 2G only since last 3 days. Get your act together. Or fire your entire system and networking teams. I am in IT support too and if their is a outage in a capital city for 3 days foe leading telecommunication company, I would be ashamed of it!

@ViCustomerCare How did you mark my ticket "**********7540" as resolved? Did I say my network is connected and IR is working fine? Is this your customer service? After 6 days of struggle I am still unable to use IR. Kindly see if you have any IR expert.

Can someone please suggest better network in Chandrapur pin 442401 for both phone calls and internet. Currently using vi which is worst now total blackout can’t able to call and access the internet. It doesn't works at all. And I want to port out from Vodafone. @ViCustomerCare
