  @ViCustomerCare since last recharge on 22 Nov my internet is not working in my location. Every time your executive keeps telling that we are working on the issue but after so many days issue isn't resolved yet. worst service i have ever seen..

  @ViCustomerCare Why am I not able to send SMS from my number? I have enough balance and validity. Kindly activate/enables SMS to my number. This is strange that your customer care member is asking me to recharge from 128 or more rs. Why should I spend more money? This is loot
