    @ViCustomerCare Plans are much reasonable to other operators, but there is just a problem of slow data speed. Please look into this issue and it will be worthy to be in VI network.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, it seems that you have no real intention of resolving my 4G issue. Raised my first complaint about this on 21/03/2021 and nothing has changed since. Seems you don’t care enough to try to retain an old customer. Happy to port out. Thanks for all the fish.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor 4g network coverage at Yenepoya Ayush campus, Naringana, Dakshina kannada!Please upgrade!!! Nearly 600 students in the campus, with above 200 teaching and non teaching staffs.. Huge potential for @vodafone if rectified!!!

    @ViCustomerCare @suchetadalal I noticed that Rs. 49 is deducted from my mobile balance every month since Jan. for mydala which I never applied or activated. How is it possible? just talked at ur cust. care & got refund of April deduction. Pl look into it & refund me my money.
