@ViCustomerCare My internet is not working despite of having full network for calling/sms. I have raised multiple complaints from past few days, from multiple devices. This issue persists for the entire area including the Vi store (Shivaji Nagar, 11th scheme, Aurangabad-431009)

@ViCustomerCare Hi having a very bad experience with Vi customer support, first I was committed to getting Sony Liv, Zee 5 & Amazon subscription with a 499 plan. Then you support said Sony Liv is not available, I did not complain and now you're charging me for Amazon Prime subscription.
