    @VodafoneIN The 4G net condition from Vodafone is too much poor, download speed 30 KBPS. Customer service is not also responding. Too pathetic condition.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup again you have deducted the prepaid balance, this is harassment. This is the 5th time this month. Customer care refunded money once, but no justification no permanent solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi mobile network down in my area since afternoon. Cant make calls. Unable to use mobile data. Cant reach customer care either. App is also not working. Fix this otherwise we may have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare hi I have an major issue on my internet connectivity when I use internet and symbol show 5g then my internet work perfectly but after sometime it goes 4g and internet didn't work at all pls take quick look this is my 3 year old connection

    Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network
