    @ViCustomerCare I have a feature Wi-Fi Calling but can't use it at home coz your Wi-Fi Calling service is not enabled for @SamsungIndia's #GalaxyM30 I can't ditch you coz in office no other network works properly.

    Hi Azimuddin! Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I do understand your concern. We have registered your network compliant with Ref. No. MUM-V00946439747 which is in progress. The expected resolution date is 13 Jun '22 at 10:13 AM. But it's 17 jun'22 prob not slve @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your DM is nothing but fake assurance, nothing has changed on ground.the network issue remains same. We pay & get no service. You guys get salaries to give false assurances.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done MNP to VI Just an hour ago it got activated. During the time of MNP i ask the person in store at SR NAGAR what about FRC, he replied " sir, we don't do FRC, you have to do it on your own by login in to VI app" Now the customer care is saying.....

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Bcoz of this erstwhile telcos r lagging behind jio n the world.Also to give required download speeds in NSA 5G ur network sholud be 4G upgraded entirely. Indian govt also should have to minimize the telcos debt burden to effectively give 4G n 5G.(n/n)

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare People be warned vi sim is the worst sim I've been the victim of redx plan I switched to another plan I was given 3000 incarnations vi sim no one should use rejected Vi SIM people people you sim jio and Airtel and BSNL best sim not use #vi sim
