    Pathetic service!!! Vodafone network is down in Halisahar Nabanagar(West Bengal), especially can't able to call and receive properly. Still haven't fixed this issue. Resolve it ASAP. @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Everytime I make calls,there is a lot of disturbance and unable to communicate at all.Cant reach customer care over phone.Upgraded to new SIM as well but still same issue. We have 3 VI sims and all have the same issue since past 3 days.Pls help.(Area-Vasco, Goa)

    @ViCustomerCare am facing internet and network issue continous 2 to 3days , and custome care excecitives are useless no one can pick the call and you called vodafone is the best 4g network shame on you, customers are facing problems.

    @ViCustomerCare I get recharge on 3 jun 11.43am of rs 30. After recharge I have 1 vice call of 0.75 rs as per the your deduction data. So where is my remaining balance? And your facility of WhatsApp chat is very very bad and useless. Mo. No. 9270030336
