So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

Froud @ViCustomerCare Wrost network ever, I've choosen wrong network by paying 500rs at mini Vi Store. Same on me. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare is far better option, atleast there are no call drops, good network with fast internet service, not additional charges with postpaid.

@ViCustomerCare Now when I called him at 6:30 pm to inquiry for my sims, I was told it will not be delivered today as they won't be able to come and asking me to receive the sims on Monday 26th Sep'2022. Is this your standard of service you give to your customer. Shame on you all
