So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

I don't know what happens to @ViCustomerCare no action till now on my complaint after 48 hours. You just sent 10 messages to make a recharge and then reduce the internet speed after recharging.
