So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

@VodafoneIN I have applied for a post paid to pre paid conversion. And it's been 3 days now sim has not been activated. Trying to call customer care, but I feel it's bullshit. Kindly change your customer care. Talking to an Autobot is not customer care services.

Hi, @ViCustomerCare I stay in Noida Sector 132 area. Since last 2-3 days your data service is very slow. Network is also too weak. Why this in the time of lockdown? If this continues i will switch to some better mobile service.

Now VI has make a routine of activating random service on customer number without their permission and deducting money automatically from customer balance. Amount deducted for the fourth time for such services even though I have not subscribe for it. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare been trying to migrate from postpaid to prepaid for a month. the Service in Margao,Goa is pathetic. Everytime no sim available. Finally went to ponda. Now got message a that porting is denied no proper reason given and Margao Store says i need to go to Ponda Again
