    @ViCustomerCare we are using idea service since decade... Facing issues in calling and data speed. Getting very very slow data speed. I was going stop ur postpaid service but someone suggested to convert in prepaid. I did. Switched data from airtel to idea. Can u help me plz?

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi I’m having a connection ******5181 for 17 years and using it uninterrupted as the bills are paid on time. Your daily 2-3 messages telling me various options to check bill date and support options to help me with my bills are irritating.... Please stop it

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafone sucks.. Not able to change ownership of my idea numbers from COCP( actually it was not the case as I paid personally right from the beginning).company is closed now and I Ran pillar to post in last 6 months, but no help from Vodafone.

    Facing 2G speed in Jio 4G @reliancejio @JioCare. It is world's 5th largest brand but customer service is 5th from the bottom. Thinking to port @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare idea network and services are worst it was a big mistake that I got greedy with double data pack. If there is no speed what we can do woth 4 GB data it my personal suggestions that dont buy this idea sim going to port my not take my 500rs as charity idea

    Horrible service of #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare in recharging data pack of prepaid customers. They always show validity expired one day earlier. Also their 4G network often fumbles.
