    @ViCustomerCare Are you still there to help. Is this you call it as customer care for corporate companies? Is one week after raising the issue still you reply they you ‘help us shortly’ Is Shortly mean weeks and months for @ViCustomerCare ? Today I got why everyone on your network moving away.

    Applied for port from Airtel to VI on 3 April, still pending as of 9 April. Exceeded 3–5 days timeline as per TRAI guidelines. Airtel says under process, no resolution yet. UPC Code: AB248146 @AirtelIndia @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Jio SIM to Vi around 4–5 days ago, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. Currently, both incoming and outgoing services are not working. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.

    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with VI service. My SIM has not been working for the last 2 hours in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. No internet, no calling at all. This kind of network issue is unacceptable. Fix this immediately and provide a proper update
