    @ViCustomerCare whenever I try to send an SMS, I always get error 38 and hence my messages are not getting sent. I even bought a top up plan for the same but both my personal and banking messages are having problems. Can you help me with that?

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI very poor experience at Vodafone idea store, Poonam chambers, Nagpur. We had gone for tranfer of ownership prepaid connection from me to father as am traveling abroad. I was told there is no process & staff gave unconvincing reason as to why not possible.

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I made complaint on 10.14 hr today, still no reply from VODAFONE. Network problem always, 27 days validity instead of 28 days, high recharge amount. They are not provide 4G, Athey are participating in 5G auction, how?

    @ViCustomerCare I will not hesitate in taking the help of consumer courts to make sure this harassment stops from Vi. Absolutely unsatisfactory service & you focus on harassing customers more than serving them.
