We've been facing severe call drop problem (vodafone idea) since a long time but no action has been taken to resolve it either from company or from TRAI. 4G Internet speed isn't good enough and you have installed 5G. How ridiculous!! @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

You both are there to suck the customers like a leech rather providing good service. We face 7/8 call drops out of 10 phone calls. I request @ViCustomerCare and the @TRAI to look into this matter and resolve it quickly.
