My sim card stopped working and I though its because I had old card of IDEa and they merged and became VI, so I went to store and done verification. After two hours it was not working so again I went to store and did the same thing twice and still not working @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare The OTP Came from Vi only. on my registered email and Mobile. Check your customer care team, who is sharing customer details to outsider Fraud People, after talking with clients. I called again, on 199, and raise proper complain-c003-1060-390-36196.
