    @TRAI @DoT_India How can @ViCustomerCare themselves enable a service which itself debits 128 rs for auto renewal on its own? It's a financial transaction & my exclusive consent must be taken before activating any of such service. Can you pls nip these carriers to stop this greed?

    @ViCustomerCare hello people in the last couple of years, Vi N/W & Mobile data services have gone bad to worse. This is at many places del/ncr. They refuse to make any efforts to improve it. Had calls over WiFi feature not available. It wud hv been impossible

    @ViCustomerCare the incoming and outgoing calls have been stopped on my number even though it was recharged recently. Did not receive an appropriate response from the customer care as well. Kindly look into this.
