    @ViCustomerCare Vi customer care. You can not solve this problem until unless make 4G tower in village Musepur or Devkuli NH 30. I get disturbance with vibrating sound when talk to out station. At Devkuli Vi don't have signal at all . Airtel& jio made 4G tower at Musepur & have good signal.

    @ViCustomerCare I think it's over with vi now time to port out from vi. Very bad service and poor response from customer care services

    No matter how many times I complain one thing is for sure .. @ViCustomerCare can never improve its connectivity. Your so called 4G sucks.. pathetic .. @TRAI can’t connect to anything and call drops to next level. #VodaIdea

    @ViCustomerCare - I am using Vodafone when it was called Hutch. I have raised the complaint regarding the network issue at my home several times but nothing happened. If that was not resolved then I might to move on.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your giganet is fake. Your internet service is as equal as 2G. Your customer care executive behaviour is worst. Internet speed in my area is 10kbps and you guys are like fastest internet service ऑकला प्रमाणित. Wah!

    @ViCustomerCare It is worth less several times I complain about my call and network issue but what I get lots of call from customer care only nothing else lots of promise

    This is ridiculous! Very poor network service in Assam, my VoLTE service has stopped from some days, my call service stopped, inconsistent internet. Even the customer care is unable to help, they always say 'sorry sir we are facing some problem, call later'.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare your network is really very bad in Vapi GIDC area (google map location- (20.3666017, 72.9158155). We have complained to your customer support many times but no one cares. So we have decided to port out our number to another operator. Airtel network is great there.
