@ViCustomerCare VI TEAM, don't expect customer to keep on toggling between 2g /3g /4g. Make ur network uniform so that call can b connected from anywhere @DoT_India sir /team, pls make VI team work to resolve network problem, they want customer to connect to 2g to call, ridicule

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India There is no network in some pockets of pincode 395009 in VI and we call their customer care they always hung up please look into the matter and if you don't want to serve customer leave business or improve.

The gentleman is unaware of unwanted value add. When he mentioned about the call, I checked the plan and told him about the new service. When we talked to customer care, she told that it was a request from customer. @ViCustomerCare 2/

CC canceled the plan but told that it was a flat charge and won’t be reversed. Not sure how bad is Vodafone’s data analytics to sell data plan to people who don’t need it. Prob its intentional trick to skim money. @ViCustomerCare 3/

If you think @ViCustomerCare is better , they are equally worse . So are others . All have terrible networks . Innumerable complaints have been given and all they do is talk nice through their customer care team.
