@ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial I recently replaced my postpaid SIM as advised by customer care, but was charged a fee for the replacement. Most operators offer this service free of cost. Kindly waive these extra charges as a goodwill gesture for your loyal customers. Thank you

@ViCustomerCare hi I requested for the port. It was processed on Wednesday. I was promised my port will be done in the next 2 working days. It is almost more than 3 working days. My previous airtel sim has no network and your services haven't started yet. It is so inconvenient.

Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite valid national & international packs, I can’t make calls. Calls connect & drop instantly but deduct my roaming minutes each time! Raised issue many times on chat, no solution yet. Please fix urgently.
