    @4miGala @ViCustomerCare Same incident happened with one of my friend. Also they said after issuing post paid sim it will take 3 months to convert from post paid to prepaid. Store managers are misleading the customer to show their performance in the company. Vi should look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare facing major network issues. May be the simcard needs to be replaced. It's an old Vodafone simcard that I am still using.
