    @ViCustomerCare the reason behind the customers migration is clearly visible to everyone why customers are changing their operators fro vi to jio or may to airtel because rather than improving its data speed and expanding network vodafoneideaS coverage is getting worse day by day

    Pathetic service @ViCustomerCare. I can get messages from anywhere, but not your OTP's, means the OTP required for app access. Pathetic coverage of network and net at my location. When I message for Port Out, you send messages on WhatsApp without permission. DND # but get calls

    @ViCustomerCare in indian telecom market vodafoneidea is the provider who not only charges more to their own customers despite of paying such more charges customer does not get that kind of network speed ot data services which they deserve

    @ViCustomerCare unfortunately after a lot of complain to the Kolkata circle appellate authority head along with many visit by technical teams not a single imjad been seen in terms of network it has been more than a year of all these complaints
