@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, my internet suddenly stopped working. Internet led is blinking RED continuously, we tried multiple restart, followed network troubleshooting steps given at Vodafone website, problem still exist. Messaged privately awaiting reply.

@ViCustomerCare I spoke to 5 customer care executives and 1 supervisor and he said he can’t do much other than to register a complaint. Checking on the Vi App, I see all issues have been closed except for actually closing it!
