@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@ViCustomerCare Don't fool customer. Any new pack should be activated after expiry of existing one. In my case new plan and existing plan both activated at the same time otherwise my plan expiring date should be 2June21. Pls look into it.

Hey @VodafoneIN what is wrong with your network. I have 4GB/day plan, even 2GB doesn't get used and then it doesn't work at all. This has now become daily affair, kindly fix it or I have to do MNP. Please don't give false hopes in DM, kindly fix it. Regards, A Loyal VI Customer

@VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP
