    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @ViCustomerCare its been months i am having issue with my sim....in recent days i have visited VI mini store twice....new sim not activating. even your customer care guys dont have any reason... unfortunately i am stuck with u as i m WFH and cant go for MNP to @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare I am still on my old complaint. The one and half month continuous problem that I am facing has not been resolved. But, received the message that issue has been resolved. What's this. I am fed up with such care of customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Team I don’t see any progress on service request number SR # 4-120107503469 (Network Voice data issue) which was expected to complete by 16-Jul-2021 and service request number SR # 4-121328138429 (IR network coverage issue) with expected completion date 14-Aug-2021 12:27:04 PM.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey idea is Collab with voda turns your network by from 4g to 2g ... because I am getting 2g network while my phone and sim is 4g ...do you think there is some problem ..or it's just the way you treat you users who are with you from last ten years.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a problem in sending a PORT message it shows failed every time although I have entered correct details, I think Vi blocked PORT message service resolve my problem fast as soon as possible.
