    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @ViCustomerCare I am ur one of the oldest customer, I have 2 personal connections & around 50 office connections...paid all my bills on time, convert my individual connections to family plans, paid all dues as per bills u sent me. Still getting calls or messages of inactivations

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS hi the internet service is very poor in Banur, Punjab (Pin Code 140603). Internet always fluctuates like a ship in the turbulent ocean.. You will loose your customers if the problem continues like this

    @ViCustomerCare You refuse to answer or understand why you were deducting charges when I was on roaming vin July and august 2022. You did reverse the charges but ONLY AFTER I CONPLAINED. THAT ALSO SHOWS, your software has a bug and a problem.

    4 days since complaint lodged with @ViCustomerCare No resolution. Mobile internet 4G doesn't work. No internet. Worst service.
