Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.

Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.
