    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India it’s been 3 days or more since I got a call from their Regulatory team. Now Vi CS is calling me every day & asking me to explain me the issue. No one is willing to talk on the solution. Can you please guide steps for further escalations with Regulator?

    @ViCustomerCare just because i recharged with ₹50 in place of your your unlimited packs this time, your network is providing me my worst experience. I can't even google anything. When we are moving toward 5G you are providing me 2G or even worse. Solve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing Issue since April 2021 regarding alternative No. Every month Bill generated with Additional services charge and when asked to refund, than denied to give satisfaction answers. Cheat by Vi. Moving to @airtelindia with 5 other Vi connections.

    @VodafoneIN Your services have severely disappointed my contacts in last few days. Dialling the same number multiple times and getting irritated everytime. Sudden disappearance of Network/Data connection has caused deep trouble. You should compensate for my loss. Call me ASAP.
