Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.
