@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

I went to vi center several times which is located at 4bunglow andheri west,and i have paid high bill for my postpaid number now i want to convert postpaid number to prepaid, i have submitted Driving license as id proof,but i didn't get any solution yet @ViCustomerCare
