    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor Customer Care service of Punjab circle. I called on 17 Jun and talked to Kiran (Some Senior executive) and discussed my issue with her and she assured call back within some hours but still no call back received.

    Even after lots of calls and emails to Vi customer care, still I didn't get any response from ur side. Vi doesn't care about his customers. Jio services are far better than this. Furthermore, if I still didn't get resolution, I will port to Jio.@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
