    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution they gave, go to a near by Vi store(i.e. 78km away) and get my sim checked, buy a new sim because it's old(bought in 2018) that could be a fault. Do not expect refund. Thank you so much Vi for helping me.

    @ViCustomerCare Agent Name unknown it's your corporate office 09594004000 9.12 am today. My concern was my Uncle is GP PRADHAN AND we received a letter as attached above picture. We wanted to confirm if it's genuine or a SCAMM. Lady had no clue as suggested me to contact CUSTOMER CARE.

    @ViCustomerCare #NoNetworkSignal Reminder - 13. for 100th time I have shared the details with Vi about No N/W Signal at my place in my block. For 100th time they are asking for 3 days to resolve this issue. Tall claims by Vi, but small issues they are unable to solve.

    @ViCustomerCare So, this is the resolution you came up with after a week, my sim is old(2018) so it's not like Jio that can still do it's job, I am supposed to go to nearest Vi store(78 km), buy a new sim. No refunds. Thanks Vi.
