    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @ViCustomerCare I don’t know what is happening here, I can’t send SMS its keep getting failed again and again although I can receive SMS and calls as well I even have enough balance and talk time, Any help would be appreciated.

    Dear @VodafoneIN your network is too worst from more than 2 weeks, We can't use Internet at it's proper way, even we can't talk properly during the call. Really worst network. Improve the network quality otherwise people gonna port to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare So called top service provider cannot even provide a good app . App shows bill raised on May 11th is over due from April 26th . All you are doing is humiliating a subscriber who pays in advance . In DM you are saying you received my payment . Did I ask you about payment ?

    Hey @ViCustomerCare Two problems with your legendary network #Vodafone. 1. Ping times aka latency is poor. 2. Internet speeds for both download/upload are pathetic. Download speeds are just damn slow. PS: I have troubleshooted everything regarding this, so don't waste my time
