@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@ViCustomerCare your response is not good at all. Location- AEGCL NAGAJANKA, MARIANI from last 2 days your network is not visible in my area. I am tried of doing complaint again and again. Vodafone users shifting towards jio for this problems. For me port is the last option?

@ViCustomerCare Our maid was using feature phone till few back and had age old idea 3g sim as new smartphone wasn't accepting vi 4g network. She was charged 100 bucks for new sim by vi outlet. Is it fair and legit? Or it was a loot by the outlet staff? To me it's loot.

As a vi user, I observed that they are working very good in terms of superb data service. But, I think they forget about their 2g users, most of them are belongs to lower class or old age people they doesn't need a ton of data they are happy with calling only. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Yes, i understand but obviously she doesn't use Twitter etc. I doubt she would be able to talk even with customer care on phone. She had asked my help when 4g wasn't working so after checking her sim and handset i suggested her to get sim changed.

@DoT_India Hi, I have an email thread of 61 emails with @ViCustomerCare to resolve my issue. Today they said i need to go to Maharashtra to get my sim activated. I'm based in Gurgaon. After two months of daily calls this is the rubbish resolution. Could you please help and look into this?

@Airtel_Presence So poor and pathetic service from @airtelindia or they use cheap trick to buy their 5G Support SIMs and disabled 4G SIMS. Hopefully Time to port in @ViCustomerCare .
