    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Till now, no clear response has been given. Why are you not telling me when my money will be refunded? Again and again, I am only being told that “the complaint has been noted”, but no one is providing the actual refund date or time.

    @ViCustomerCare you scoundrels. You manipulated me to buy a post paid premium number - I did. You asked me to pay half the bill amount upfront - I did. Now 25 days later you have the audacity to disconnect my number because of verification issues. What the actual ****???

    @ViCustomerCare "Facing issues with Vi porting for 5 days. Provided Nodal Officer emails are invalid/not working. This is clear harassment. I need the functional email ID of the Nodal Officer (UP West) immediately to escalate my case. Consumer Helpline complaint already filed.
