Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2
