@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@ViCustomerCare Am having one of the worst ever customer service experience. An international roaming pack was activated on my mobile no and it never worked for the last 3 months. Am in the US and last 3 months i have done so many recharges and any rep is not able to help.

@ViCustomerCare Today's morning i talked to customer care and after not resolving anything he transfered the call to his senior as he didnt pick up the phone after 11 mins of waiting i hanged up the call as there was no response from other side(customer care side)

@ViCustomerCare i just ported from Reliance Jio and it was my biggest mistake from the day 1 i am getting worst speed calling service is pathetic dont know what they are charging for heavy recharges and the speed of their network and calling service is worst......
