@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Bad service provided by you. Instead of solving my complaint, my call was not handled properly. I didn't even activate any VAS pack and got irrelevant packs activated with charges or else have the option of portability.

@ViCustomerCare Huh please stop wasting time. If you wanted to me to stay you guys could have solved my VoLTE issue long ago. Anyways, it's been a great ride so far, i shall miss your data roll over, but wha has to be done is done as I have ported out.
