@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@ViCustomerCare You just promise your customers and do nothing! I have been voicing my issue on Twitter since I switched to your network! and I think that was my biggest mistake I committed in my life. If there is a competition for providing low internet speed to customers, than u ppl gonna win.

@ViCustomerCare Hi....Sorry 2 say but post visit by your engineer couple of weeks after I am still facing the same Network issue at my place. On 11th Nov 2021 I again visited @ ur Vi store in Green park to report the same issue but haven't found a solution as yet. Request 2plz install a Booster.

@ViCustomerCare You can't change plan of any customer without his/her permission. But you did this. I have 299 plan but you changed with 399 plan this month. I will not pay any extra amount for that. I want my reverse. If you don't do that I will take a legal action against you.
