@VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

@basantark @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I had similar issues with Airtel, waited for almost 1 year and finally after 15 years of use I ported to Jio.

Worst Customer care service by @ViCustomerCare at the Brahma Majestic store of Vodafone. Their agent named Azhar was arrogant, aggressive and almost abusive. Such a shame, who will want to do any business with you. I felt so humiliated....@VodafoneGroup

SINCE 1986 hav TAKEN LOANS FROM HDFC - Gud Service til few yrs bakl. Now they ar harasng me for 2 Yrs for Rs 600 online - NO ONE REDY TO SPK EVN RPTD REQUSTS.
