    @VodafoneIN dear Vi..i came to my hometown, and since morning there is no internet connectivity at my hometown. This is the area pincode-785001 and location attached. Need urgent attention. Looks like a local network issue

    @VodafoneIN why you guys turn down the network every night. Even most of the time there is no signal whereas vodafone network tower is next to my home. Service is everything. Please look into it if you don't want to loose a 12 year old postpaid customer.

    It has been 10 days since outgoing/incoming calls stopped, cant even SMS. After 3 visits to VI shop and many DMs, VI is not able to resove the issue. Standard answer - we didnt find fault @Vodafonein @ViCustomerCare

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Even Vi have harrashed me like that in now again doing the same, they have changed the plan without prior intimation. It costs me nearly 3times the previous plan for post paid. This is intentional looting from people. Horrible!

    @ViCustomerCare For the last 2 months I am only getting updates that our team will update you soon. It's already 2 months over and I have not received any call any mail from your end. Many complaints were rasied by Vi app but no response received. Fake promises and wrost service I have ever seen

    @ViCustomerCare Worst To Worst Network @ Borli Panchatan Shriwardhan Raigad Maharashtra... Everyone employee is worst Every team fails to Work looting in name of 4g..Bsnl is bestest than Vi.. Everyone pls port to Airtel superb connectivity..I may be blocked after this tweet !!
