@VodafoneIN Tina make arrangement asap because its already more than a year. Now i don't think i can be patient further anymore. I have already registerd complaint to voda through customer care but they give very ammature, unprofessional excuses.

@VodafoneIN Actually after two days of complaint the network was pritty good but after the upgradation the speed sucks.

Literally no network in Kandivali West Supposed to attend con calls and there's no network since morning. Atleast should have informed the customers about the network issue that we might face today, so would have made alternate arrangements. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for providing 2G network in 4G price , Wanted to complaint in customer care but waiting for customer service to talk but call disconnects after waiting 5-10 mins in hold , Very nice customer service and internet service of Vi-India... Best 2G net in 4G
