    I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for sending message, problem is we want to activate esim in our iPhone 14 phone but unfortunately @VodafoneIdeaIN is not able to resolve the issue. Though you have publicly declared to provide esim but it’s not working for you in india.

    @ViCustomerCare Ms.Shalu, I don't want to take a chance. I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. I want myself to get better and not waste my time fighting for network and petty waiver offer.

    @canewsbeta @ViCustomerCare VI, 1/2the issue is since 2 weeks, very slow signal strength of -113 dBm. The signal strength overall despite all bars up and full is very low or dead. The apps websites are taking too long with payments of UPI IN APPS suffering huge,despite Network bars up and #porttiJio

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's

    @ViCustomerCare The Network in Vashi, keeps switching between 4G n 5G Making network very slow Same with Airtel I hv forced my phone on 4G only, still find Erratic I don't face any issue in Uttar Pradesh, only here in Navi Mumbai The Network is unsatisfactory for sure

    @ViCustomerCare I submitted my IR activation request on **5 June at 11:38 AM**. On **8 June**, I received an SMS from your network confirming that my IR request had not been processed and now the bill came with IR charges

    I have accepted that I have wrongly done recharged .They denied to give refund as they don't have the provision.And the number on which the recharge is successful the number is out of service .@ViCustomerCare They are Certified Scammer Don't use VI sim. @nch1915 Please take necessary steps in these scammers.
