    @VodafoneIN @Idea A new mobile number activation has taken 5 calls to your customer service and sales person. The best part is that call center agent had put me on hold for 51 minutes when I insisted on speaking to his supervisor! From Good to Bad is the state!!

    @RavinderTakkar @VodafoneIN we r almost in 2020, you still expect customer to visit store to change billing plan. #Jio sends rep at home. App is so substandard it doesn't allow to update family plans and directs to web page for MNP. Seek help from my agency @Brandniti @TheQuint

    @VodafoneIN Yes, but just forwarding the case by giving an email address does not solve my problem. I have emailed, and waiting for response. I would have appreciated an integrated support from here instead of directing somewhere else.

    @VodafoneIN ur exective miss leading the customer by not issuing them prepaid duplicates sim and telling that sim cant be seipe it has been suspended , if u want this number u need to activate it on postpaid ..heights of misleading the customer

    What a superb service providing from Vodafone India..!!!! Claps for your service..!! Service is like... 1) internet not working 2) call not connecting to customer care 3) Incoming as well as out going call has been disconnected without any reason.@VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN after complaining here 4-6 times ..... you associates msg back saying out associates will get back to you very shortly.... it’s been 5 days now I haven’t got any calls. After #cheating don’t expect this kind of ridiculous service. My issues have not been resolved yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I just called VI customer care and asked a simple question: When will I get 5G service? I have been waiting for two years. The representative said they are working on my area. When I asked again how much more time it will take, he did not give a clear answer.

    @ViCustomerCare This experience clearly reflects a lack of customer understanding and support. Therefore, I have decided to switch to another operator. 20th December will be my last day with VI. I was a loyal user, but this experience has changed my decision.
