    @ViCustomerCare As i was told that the issue will be resolved. I have yet not been told as i was like let me know what is my final due as i had no service. What is the compensation and resolution else let me pay the undue amount (which you all are charging without any reason) and let me port out

    @ViCustomerCare Got a SIM replacement done today based on promises that your network would improve. Except that the new SIM hasn't activated in 4+ hrs and multiple visits to the Vi store and now I'm without a working mobile number. Should I port to Jio or Airtel?

    @canewsbeta @ViCustomerCare VI, 1/2the issue is since 2 weeks, very slow signal strength of -113 dBm. The signal strength overall despite all bars up and full is very low or dead. The apps websites are taking too long with payments of UPI IN APPS suffering huge,despite Network bars up and #porttiJio

    @ViCustomerCare No sim delivery today, again vi sales team lied to me giving false, misleading assurances and mentaly harrassing the consumers with deficiency in services. Don't trust there advertisements and there sales team and customer care false assurances and promises.

    @ViCustomerCare very worst service in vi callertunes.1st recharge for callertune service then i see no new songs available for callertune also songs collection was very limited. Dont use vi callertunes with recharge just worthless.dont use it.

    @ViCustomerCare , it seems that vi doesn't care about customers. I have been chasing for 5G network since February 2026 and still no action is done on the same. Also nobody replied in the email as well. Very disappointed
