@VodafoneIN converted postpaid to prepaid at your store. They said insert SIM a half hour later, call 59059 when network shows. 5 hours later your call centre says this will take 3 days. All of this is so disappointing. Time to go to Jio I guess.

@ViCustomerCare You should close your home sim delivery option. The experience is worst. Your agents and vendors are so rude and irresponsible. The status is showing out for delivery since 2 days. Further the executives are asking for 10 MNP orders to get sim delivered.
