@VodafoneIN @Idea We requested for Porting from postpaid to prepaid on 28 September.On 1 Oct 2020 our postpaid number was deactivated and we used new sim for prepaid and tried reaching 59059 for activation but call is not getting connected and no Network.Visited several time Ghatkopar Store.
