    @VodafoneIN Your new VoLTE service sucks. Very few handsets are compatible. Uselessfor my Samsung A6+. Hence will continue using Jio.

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Implement a good ITSM and your customer service will improve with linking the core issue with the follow ups. Jet Airways will have the same problem as almost every airline in India currently does. Try it.

I've used all of them, this is the hard realization. Don't take 3 months of pain, write to @ViVodaidea CEO, your issues will be solved.
