    @ViCustomerCare they do nothing for customer service having worst network in india but try to do everything to Harass a customer and collect income from other ways.

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Mr. Kumar for informing me that my concern has been discussed but please keep in mind that it is not resolved and can never be resolved unless it's given to me in writing that I won't face any issue further during roaming.

    @ViCustomerCare Successive complaints raised for irregular/no network as under #4-140377481298 - 23Nov - No resolution #4-141145289923 - 7th Dec - No resolution #4-141532152656 - 15th Dec - In progress and no resolution as yet. What need I do to get a decent service ?

    @ViCustomerCare #9825801510. I recharge IR pack ₹ 295 on 24 April. But due to some technical issues of "Vi" I resumed service of IR on 20th May. I would like to register a complaint to refund the amount of non use days service of IR. Or count activation date on 20th May.
