    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Nobody is bothered to talk to me and provide the solution for the problem I am facing using the @VodafoneIN it's being more than 48 hours bt they are least bothered to take care of their customers,worst network and support from @VodafoneIN

    Hi @ViCustomerCare What is the min amount to be paid for port in to vi? I was told at vi store rajpur road, Dehradun that it is 299.00. I paid the amount 299 though I wanted 179 plan. My sim is active now but no recharge is received. Contacted customer care but prob not solved.

    @ViCustomerCare hey! I’ve been trying to port my number to another network but am unable to send the PORT message to 1900 to generate a UPC code! There is an issue with my outgoing sms service which hasn’t been resolved after multiple complaints. Need help since Vi has bad signal

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for keeping your customer services as expected. You do the mistake and subscriber pays for it. No refunds even when you accept your IVR is giving incorrect announcement and I did the recharge according to your IVR @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet speed is very low can't even get messages in whatsapp. Truly this is the last time I have recharged with your company. @JioCare is better than yours in complaint redressal also.
