  @ViCustomerCare , I have a old idea sim which is now deactive, I want to restore the sim, I have visited a customer care store in Burdwan, near Tinkonia busstand (wb). The customer care operator there forced almost everone for restoring the sim you have to switched to postpaid.

  @VodafoneIN sir how ur company can claim that this is the speedy network when it's not working in behraich city, even after recharg, & this is not a temporary problem but a permanent problem & I want a permanent solution. Lastly I have only solution to switch on another network

  @Jago_Bharati @Sanjay_Dixit @ViCustomerCare Exactly same problem I have been facing since 1 month. There was no connectivity and very slow internet speed. So, I switched to other operator. They called me 4-5 times to request not to port. But they didn't improve quality of network.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare I am just using your network to support you. But sadly applications not opening in cities like Bhubaneswar the Capital. Would you be interested to resolve? Or I should pay you and use @airtelindia wifi for internet?
