    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Nobody is bothered to talk to me and provide the solution for the problem I am facing using the @VodafoneIN it's being more than 48 hours bt they are least bothered to take care of their customers,worst network and support from @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare I just port to vi & sim is activated( tamilnadu circle). Is there any specific first time recharge plans only i need to recharge in vi app or website to enjoy the service or any plan above the certain minimum amount i can recharge??

    Due to some unforseen circumstances, had to port out of jio and I choose @ViCustomerCare regret to say ig was the worst decision in my life, the self proclaimed fastest 4G nw provider couldn't even assure the basic service YOUR NW SUCK #nointernet 1/2

    The day Indian government prescribe minimum network standard for telecom operators and make it punishable if they are not met, @vicustomercare will close itself. What a terrible network!! Absolute fraud in the name of 4G

    @ViCustomerCare Come on guys. You say it is a commercial issue after constant follow up. Why were your guys calling it a maintenance issue earlier. Solve the network issue.

    @gaganyadav69 @ViCustomerCare they never ever give solution, they only make excuses, just port to another provider. After 6 months of patience finally i switched to another telecom.
