    @ViCustomerCare The person at the store told me to take the prepaid SIM and do the FRC through the Vi App. Now the customer care person is telling me that FRC can only be done through store. Airtel & Jio both have better, seamless processes than this. Now, another trip to the store. Nonsense.

    @ViCustomerCare Again there is no network in entire city from 4 pm today... This is the third time in 24 hours there is no completely no network in entire city. Pincode-787059. Solve this issue or everyone will leave vi this is the reason vi is loosing customer in every month.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g. I'm in different state And my 3g network is vanished, Can't upgrade to 4g sim cause u are not responding
