    @ViCustomerCare No attempt was made. If you were unable to reach, it was due to the issues of your network. My phone is switched on and I have received other calls. Giving a one ring missed call does not mean you tried to reach me

    @ViCustomerCare We don't care what your problem is, it is resolved. We don't care if our Customer Complaint lines are not working for more than 20 days across India. We don't escalate that, because it is not a customer problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Not interested. You had 10 days and I didnt get answer. Will port out all 5 connections - 3 already done and 2 pending. Maybe u shud spend more time on improving ur customer care rather than twitter / sm game - just a suggestion.
