    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathetic customer service, spent my whole day trying to connect with support executive, unfortunately not able to connect. Immediately the very next day my plan expired, these frauds stopped all my services including incoming calls, SMS, and OTPs. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare This is pathetic even after visiting store and completing all formalities...my activation is on hold due to ID issue...as per Jr store team I changed my Sim for 5 G services and now I am helpless and advice my customer care to visit store again...pathetic service..I will port now

    For final answer. Please try to confirm final answer. But please don't say "we have noted your concern we will solve issue in future" Its 3_4 months you are saying same. Even @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence is ready to give network by just click away
