@ViCustomerCare cancelled redux plan by mistake and got exit charge. Customer care executive told me that if I opted back to redux plan then exit charge will be waived off from Bill. So I opted to redux plan again. But I don’t see any waive off. My number is +917806879907

@ViCustomerCare That personnel of yours, also stated that, I need to pay INR 75 for new Vi sim + INR 150 for recharging this new sim. What kind of loot is this ? I have already recharged my Idea sim few days ago ... why do I need to pay for your existing bad efficiency ?
