    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Nobody is bothered to talk to me and provide the solution for the problem I am facing using the @VodafoneIN it's being more than 48 hours bt they are least bothered to take care of their customers,worst network and support from @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
