    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Nobody is bothered to talk to me and provide the solution for the problem I am facing using the @VodafoneIN it's being more than 48 hours bt they are least bothered to take care of their customers,worst network and support from @VodafoneIN

    and then, there's @ViCustomerCare. keep slapping me with overdue charges even though it's an issue on their end. my mobile data never works and their customer reps are just unprofessional.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for resolving the issue. Appreciated. But do take care of such services and unnoticed deductions of Balance. There are people who dont even know what are flash messages and their money gets deducted. Good day.

    @srishtigs @ViCustomerCare According to one of VI's super educated highly skilled CC staff your handset has issue and u need to change it. That's what i was told when i complained about poor indoor signal.

    @ViCustomerCare Soon means what? It's been 10 days. U cannot stop smd or calls and u say complaint resolved but still grt them csn u tell appeal process so csn complain against VI n ig u can't do anything just say so
