    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI This is unacceptable. My ₹299 plan promises 28 days of unlimited 5G data, but data stops working 3 days before expiry every month. Why am I forced to recharge early or buy add-ons for a service I’ve already paid for? Fix this immediately. NO. 9669904329

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated with My official corporate number is not working for 2.5 months. This was in my late brother's name, and despite submitting all legal documents, death certificate, and firm papers under my other brother's name, no new SIM has been issued.

    @ViCustomerCare Furthermore, the phone number (155223) you provided to deactivate the OTT services is not working. Since it was activated from your end, please deactivate it yourselves. You have made life very complicated for two elderly people.

    @ViCustomerCare As per my talk with customer support executive, below are the 2 suggesttion 1. Plz introduce some incoming OTP plans with low value and limited period 2. There should be less validay talk time/period recharges should be there for occasional user. Currently there is 179 plan only
