    Ported into @ViCustomerCare just now network is showing but whenever am trying to call it's asking to enter pin from alternate no. Your agent did not asked me any alternate no while porting. Am stucked now. Pathetic experience ever 😡 help me asap !

    @ViCustomerCare Today morning i got a call from mr sameer of social media vi team who refused to lodge my complaint for metal botheration compensation . _ Vi customer be ware of VI attitute and harrassment to customer

    @ViCustomerCare There is a complaint pending from 19th February 2021 from Appellate team and still issue is not resolved. Now Appellate stoped responding to my follow-ups. After escalating to Appellate issue still persist after a year. Vi, team, hope my issue will be unresolved🤔

    I don't why @ViCustomerCare does not clarify clearly how much I have to pay for my inactive postpaid connection. I have already paid all the dues still receiving calls from customer care demanding me to clear my outstanding. But when I checked myself it shows nothing.
