My father has been using Vodaphone for more than 8 years on a postpaid plan of Rs 149. Suddenly out of nowhere the bill summation is Rs 600+ & its mentioned as VAS charges. I'd like to know what these charges are for when he hardly calls people @ViCustomerCare do help

Dear @ViCustomerCare why do you keep on sending sms saying your issue has been resolved when in reality you've done nothing. You claim to have the fastest 4G but unfortunately I had to switch to 2G to call the customer care.
