    I was a regular @reliancejio customer but decided to test my another service provider @ViCustomerCare and I must say that @ViCustomerCare is the worst than anyother. The internet doesn't work anywhere in my house. I even have complained to the customer care for which they said

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry to say your 4G & VoLTE Network is not as wide spread as airtel & jio. During any travel Network drop to E(2G) & we are not able to use call & Internet. Must focus on 4G & VOLTE. Cover all area very soon to be in compitition.

    @ViCustomerCare issue hs been send to u in DM along wid my Vodafone no. but first tell me how can I stop getting pop up of VI app on my mobile screen it's happening after every 4 min it Block the screen until I press cancel /ok even when app was installed so I deleted VI app bt stl facing issue

    @ViCustomerCare hello vi why you are not install tower in my area we are almost waiting last 5 years but we have only 2G network now we are deciding to switch out to jio or airtel and also we are need viwifi calling but you didn't....

    I'm using VI network, not getting any incoming calls and texts since yesterday, whoever is calling they get "No. is switched off". Complaint to customer care and was told to wait till 25th June. No calls for 1 week!!!!#horribleexperience #VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIT
