    @ViCustomerCare Wow you guys automatically activate VAS and say we did not activate without user consent. user did not do anything you still activate everything you want. This is the good way earn the money. Thanks for making me fool. Now I have to port to other providers. #worst

    I have been trying to get an eSIM for 100-odd hours at this point. Over 15 customer care conversations and 20 eSIM request processes later, I still have nothing but empty promises from @ViCustomerCare I will keep tweeting till I get my eSIM, which btw is urgent for me RN.
