@RVCJ_FB @ViCustomerCare is sometimes the Best, sometimes the worst, internet speed goes down suddenly and to resolve it they takes 6 business days. Calling is unavailable several times a week, pls do reaolve it @VodafoneGroup

@ViCustomerCare Finally the 3rd time I visited the Vi Mini store in 5 days, countless calls with Vi Customer Care, messed up my vacation, frustrated all the while and the problem remains unresolved🤔🙄🤭 Thank You Vi for this daunting experience please don't try to solve my problem ever again 🙏

@ViCustomerCare I have been continuously receiving more than 10 marketing calls daily for the last couple of weeks despite being enrolled into FULL DND.tried to report the numbers via your app but the OTP never comes to register the complaint. Pls look into this. @reliancejio

As per the @TRAI guidelines customer is allowed to change it's plan form postpaid to prepaid from home but after so many day's vi( Vodafone idea) @ViCustomerCare is not listening to its customers and not making this process easy. @TRAI please look into this

@ViCustomerCare please setup mobile towers near Sunteck world, Tivri, Naigaon East, 401208, Vasai Virar region, Maharashtra. Network coverage and mobile data connectivity is very poor at the moment. It will really help the new residents in that area.

@RVCJ_FB @ViCustomerCare is most pathetic service provider ever, after experiencing network issue & following up 4 nearly 2 long years I somehow gave up on them & continued leveraging internet for making outgoing calls. Thought @JioCare will be different but their broadband service sucks
