U can check my tweets where I hav been asking dem how they charge their postpaid customers fr the days where they don’t provide any service. Bt they just use their AI technology to give some reply.     Hey @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup , really having a hard issue with my internet and even to some extent, call drop in my area. getting a speed 0.1mbps. Even Google doesn't open. All other places nearby are not having this problem. Please resolve it ASAP! I stay in palaspalli, bbsr

    @VodafoneIN the network is degraded and I could not even connect a call in one go. Even the Internet at my home always shows E(2G) and never 4G speed is achieved. My father pays heavy bills for 4G and do not get the same @DoT_India please take appropriate steps & help me.

    @ram4817 @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence Atleast I can talk to someone. Using Vodafone since 3 months and there is a continuous call drop in every after 30 seconds. I dnt think it will take 3 months to resolve one issue. Atleast using airtel I can talk to someone more that 1 min. Pathetic service Vodafone.

    This has really become more than a year long problem amd still no solution has been provided.. only complaint is raised by @ViCustomerCare but they simply can't replace d power backup source equipments so that there is 24/7 seamless connectivity. @AshwiniVaishnaw
