    I had converted my 9776663123 vi no from postpaid to prepaid. It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. Rubbish👎 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare please suspend my vi number i have no interest on your service .Really it's my big mistake by making vi number my primary number.I am a middle class person so i can't afford a huge amount like 500 rupes just for a sim activation. Really it's hurting more .🙏

    In 2021 I’m not a fool to activate these services for games and stupid songs for caller tunes. Very pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare As I am just using VI as a secondary SIM, I was not checking balance @TRAI Can I log a complain against the service provider. Is it possible?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI, really disheartened by your repeated VAS auto activation services. Last time the same happened for which i had to req for DND and today again my balance got deducted for some stupid VAS offers🙏😭 or else port will the last option.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not at all interested in your useless information. Keep it with you. Just resolve the issue and provide better service. I am repeatedly complaining and waited patiently for 6 to 7 months. In return I get the same useless information and problem still continue.

    @callehte @bsnl_care @ViCustomerCare File a complaint on NCH for BSNL issues. Mention your last complaint number. If there's no/low coverage, they'll fix it or plan a new tower in the next phase. You'll hear from the BSNL state head. I know—it worked for me!

    @ViCustomerCare I’m being bombarded with at least 5 daily calls for my car’s insurance renewal. Full DND active since 2+ yrs. worst offender is @TATAAIGIndia (funnily I’ve already renewed my policy thru them). What bloody nonsense is this? Receiving calls last 1 month. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I got msg from vi re-verify kyc at nearest vi store then i went to nearest VI store they taken 100/- KYC charge why taking kyc charge? I had another network sim airtel same msg came for re- kyc I'm done in their myairtel all in 10min without visit
