    @TRAI @rsprasad @Idea @VodafoneIN sir my idea postpaid number suddenly disconnected. Called the customer care and got reply of deactivated my Idea sim. I don't know what's happening even I paid all the bills and the Delhi customer care executives aren't picking call since 30 mins

    @VodafoneIN Hi, I gave a complain about network in my area. It was closed without even asking my feedback. The network team didn't even visit the locations I complained about and determined them selves that the issue is not there. But in fact the service is still bad.

    @TRAI @rsprasad @Idea @VodafoneIN worst customer care service by Delhi idea/Vodafone customer care executives. They are not talking any calls and even after taking it they are putting it on hold.

    @Idea @VodafoneIN the worst service you have provided in Bhubaneswar,while all the network except your network is there.. Your network is looks like Corona network.. Sorry to say you no more patience to stay with Your network..

    @ViCustomerCare I am not at all interested in your useless information. Keep it with you. Just resolve the issue and provide better service. I am repeatedly complaining and waited patiently for 6 to 7 months. In return I get the same useless information and problem still continue.
