    @VodafoneIN this is how i suffer mnp to Vodafone. Not a storng network always always call drop. Internet very slow waste of money..internet always slow

    @ViCustomerCare I understand the privacy concern, but please send your network team to physically check the connectivity first. I will remove the location from the public timeline after your team verifies the issue on the ground. Please inspect the network inside homes, streets and rooms

    Voice calling in Village Poore Bashanti, Warziganj, Gonda (UP) is severely affected. Calls frequently go mute and there are repeated call drops, making communication extremely difficult. Please urgently investigate the network and resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare @DoT_UPE_LSA

    @ViCustomerCare is doing unfair trade practices. After I ported out to @reliancejio , they keep bombarding me with calls, spamming, and threatening to block my number. The “port steps” they share are actually to cancel the port. @trai please set a limit on such calls.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare My complaint number C004-190157208568 I want a refund since the service that was promised to me was never provided and i have already paid for the subscription. Today marks two days without any calls (incoming and outgoing). Else will go to ombudsman.

    @ViCustomerCare I placed an order for a fancy number on 19 August, but despite 2–3 calls, I still haven’t received any clear update. Please look into this and provide a status ASAP. #Vi @ViCustomerCare very poor service
