I am ASHAMED TO BE AN INDIAN, where companies DONT HAVE SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS .. and employees are So Corrupt that they misguide any customer at any point .. no two employees of a company say one same thing .. SHAME ON ALL INDIAN TELECOM companies ..

  @TRAI My mother has not been able to receive any incoming calls since yesterday. She is using the @ViCustomerCare network. To my knowledge, under the new regulations, providers are not permitted to block incoming calls even ifuser has not recharged.
