Please permanently suspend or block my vi sim .I don't want to be user of vi anymore in my life long because of their third class customer service .Vi agents blackmailing me since 10 days for paying them money for activation.Suggest don't go for vi 👎 @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare please suspend my vi number i have no interest on your service .Really it's my big mistake by making vi number my primary number.I am a middle class person so i can't afford a huge amount like 500 rupes just for a sim activation. Really it's hurting more .🙏

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I just saw some VAS got activated in my account and an amount of INR 30 has been deducted. I want to discontinue the service and since I am reporting within 24 hours, I want my refund back. You guys just need an excuse to loot the customers....😡😡😡

I had converted my 9776663123 vi no from postpaid to prepaid. It would be refund of 176.09 rupees but today i got only 149 rupees in main balance . For this query i want to connect your customer service but they did not cooperate me. Rubbish👎 @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS

In 2021 I’m not a fool to activate these services for games and stupid songs for caller tunes. Very pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare As I am just using VI as a secondary SIM, I was not checking balance @TRAI Can I log a complain against the service provider. Is it possible?

@ViCustomerCare Hi VI, really disheartened by your repeated VAS auto activation services. Last time the same happened for which i had to req for DND and today again my balance got deducted for some stupid VAS offers🙏😭 or else port will the last option.

location : Gali No. 13, Telephone Exchange Road, Samalkha, New Delhi - 110037. Till 24th April, We, Whole Family were using @reliancejio as Primary network as it was providing full coverage while other networks like @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare were available with low coverage.
