U can check my tweets where I hav been asking dem how they charge their postpaid customers fr the days where they don’t provide any service. Bt they just use their AI technology to give some reply.     @ViCustomerCare very pathetic service by VI. I used to recharge Rs. 449 for 56 days which offers double data i.e.2GB/day +2 GB/day. Now they have hiked the plan charges and even benefit of double data is also stopped without communicating. Next recharge i am surely port out
