@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare vodafone is trying to boost their customer retention rate for March by rejecting porting out request giving fake reasons. Have dm'ed all supporting documents and yet no action has been taken since the past 47 days. Time for @TRAI to step in.
