@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare even I tried to connect with upper level customer executive. The promised time for resolving issue was 17 aug. But no action has been taken. No login to secure sites No bank transaction due to otp which is charging me on daily basis. Is vi going to bear my loss??

Day after day #VodafoneIdea service is going to pathetic levels ! If my parents pre-paid needs to be recharged, I hv to call fm that num & not my num since its prepaid. If prepaid limit is exhausted, I have to use #Airtel to call @ViCustomerCare . Strange ! #CustomerExperience

@ViCustomerCare Hello Customer Care Team, I had ported my number 7 days ago to Vi, it's services are now stopped with reason "Address Verification Failed". The verification happened. The person came and everything was "Ok Sir". Now no solution. No service. 😡
