@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare That's Unacceptable,stop sending these kind of messages. How can you deduct the amount ? In past also Ambiguous messages and deduction in name of service activation happened. Consider this as an escalation and it do not motivates me to continue your services.
