@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare lives up to its expectation of pathetic customer service. The complaint raised on 13th may replace my old sim on 21st, still unable to use the internet, visited store showed customer executive the issue on his phone still issues not resolved (iim Kozhikode)

Its been 4days and my friend is not able to use the services in Dubai.. Have trying contacting everyone but their is not solution on this.. we asked to pay rs5K and we paid but still services are not activated . @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare can you please help
