    @ViCustomerCare Iam disappointed that I even chose your service now.The worst and slowest network provider in India. Am going to port to any other network ASAP. This is just a waste of money.

    @pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

    @ViCustomerCare i am getting frequent sms for blocking the sim card. i have never made the request for blocking under lost mobile. some fraud person had reissue my duplicate sim with tempering my aadhaar card on 07-01-2022.

    @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia @TRAI D/A , my spouse is recieving call from your VI payments team fro the payment , when you all are taking ages to resolve my bill dispute and waiver of the bill then please have ur team updated about the issue. And whay you all have stopped services?

    @ViCustomerCare needed help with my bill. I have been told that with entertainment 499 plan,Amazon prime membership for 1 year will be provided free of cost. I have opted that plan but now I am finding that I have been charged annual fee for same. Why such kind of things done?
