    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS you will lose customer like anything if you are charging this much higher charges. For validity you are asking Rs.49 per month. Apart from it for sending messages you are asking to recharge more than Rs.128 per month. is it a good thing? robbery by VI. #vi #vodafoneidearobbery

    @ViCustomerCare Reaching out for a friend who is not on Twitter and not getting any response from any other medium. Vodafone store in Ranchi with 7 employees are not able to resolve a simple number porting request for 1 customer in 5 visits. Plight of customer service at Vodafone
