okay so here is a scam @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @ideacellular is doing... whenever you try to contact customer support via call, it is 100% IVR and you cannot share issue with their support executive and they think they have given all options in IVR (practically impossible).1/n

@ViCustomerCare @Avinav1996 Day by day the #vi network is getting worse. No proper 4G, no update on 5g. After 5 Years of merger nothing happened, #vi merger is a total failure and waste for our country. Tax payers money was drained.

Hi @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me In your redx plan @ 1201/- Whether 1.better speed than normal prepaid/other sim? 2. if we go to a place where network is not available then what will you do? 3. Is there any data limit like 300GB in prepaid/is it truely unlimited?
