@VodafoneIN Vodafone customer support getting worst day by day, I have raised my issue calling so many times but no call back from your support team and now my outgoing stopped by without resolving my issue. Very WORST experience.

@VodafoneIN Finally received call, my issue is still pending and as per conversation there are some challenges so Vodafone back-end team will working on it. Let's hope will get resolve asap.

Very poor network of all telecom companies. 2000 to 2010 Decade we experienced best quality network but nowdays Call Drop, poor voice is daily routine reality. @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @airtelindia

@VodafoneIN my wife just got back from the UK and isn’t getting network. Complained on 198 some lady said it will take 4-5 days to resolve and cut off my call! Please help! Vodafone user for over 10 years and very disgruntled at the moment.

@ViCustomerCare I have already stated the problem. This hasn’t been the case just once. If I switch my phone off and my min tariff is x but my usual spend is y (y>x) then I will get the bill y. Why do I need to check it and get it corrected, isn’t it your duty to not fraud jaunga.
