@VodafoneIN Your service has gone from bad to worse,lot of call drops per day ,if you unable to provide uninterupted service you should not charge the customer for call drops .

@VodafoneIN lodged a complaint at least 20 times - every time I have been told a senior executive will call - no one calls - waiting since 25 days!!! Very very poor service.

Getting a response from unknown name after a gap of 6 hours is loosing continuity and a long delay impacting customers.
