    @VodafoneIN could not make Dubai call in spite of having balance by my wife's Vodafone. your Support executive Anita gave wrong and LOUSY reply. it is a cheating experience by VODAPHONE TO CUSTOMER BY SAYING THAT OUR extra balance amount has expired..😡

    @VodafoneIN cheating policy of VODAFONE. INSITE OF BALANCE AMOUNT NO DUBAI CALL WAS MAKINF WASH working. today for my wife's mobile. with msg press 5. talk just to your c.service was misleading .Wrong and felt like cheated. I have to talk to your highest executive Or else .😡

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI Hello we are Vodafone users from the date we started using mobile, but from last couple of years using Vodafone network is like using a dummy handset. In our office 10-15 Vodafone users having same complain. Plz do the needful or PORT is the only option left.

    @VodafoneIN facing alot of issues since a month. Call drops, Low network range, 2g speed of internet (i think even lesser speed than that). Its only faced by me in a particular area but faced by many users around the city. Didn’t expect such a poor service from your side.

    @VodafoneIN Absolutely pathetic service and network has taken a huge hit. Being with Vodafone from 2003 but unfortunately Vodafone representatives do not understand how business is done. It's easy for me to port & go away from Vodafone which will be my next step now.

    I always pay my bills on time. My ₹153 plan usually bills at ₹181, but now I’ve been charged ₹417 for one of my numbers. Why is one phone ₹181 and the other ₹417? Very bad service. I want an explanation and a refund for the extra amount paid @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial
