We are concerned about your issue and continue our efforts to improve our network in your area. In case you arent happy with our efforts, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30

    @ViCustomerCare I raised 3 complaints and provided all required details. Now when I am checking progress on last complaints instead of providing all details, i don't know why again and again you are asking the same details which is already provided in the last complaint.
