Limited network coverage in some part of my house is understandable.. Wifi calling would have helped but no ETA from @VodafoneIN even after 3 months 15 years with Orange/Hutch/Vodafone and now forced to Port to @airtelindia

@VodafoneIN This is an absolute breach of trust. Just billing and charging a long time customer wrongly without any notification or intimation. No fine print or asterisk of what the usage charges are once you exceed the 75gb on the 499/- plan!

@VodafoneIN @TRAI You closed the complaint on your own without confirming with me anything. No one called me to check. My complaint is sill not solved:- 1) I am using data in 3G mode in 4G handset. As there is no internet access on 4G. 2) Calls drop during call. 3) Calls cross connect.

@ViCustomerCare i opted for port out from VI so received a call from customer care, she was not able to provide any retention offer so decided to port out and just after disconnecting call, I got message that some packs for activated by her without my consent
