    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Akib. I have no further patience and please I REQUEST OF Vi NOT TO CALL OR SMS SAYING ROAMING IS RESOLVED UNLESS THEY GUARANTEE IT! ALSO, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A WAIVER FOR A MONTH!!! I HAD A LOSS OF ABOVE 8 LAKHS JUST DUE TO YOUR NO SERVICE.

    It's been 6 months since I switched from Jio to Vi. I think it was the most significant mistake. Everyone is moving fastly to 5G, and Vi is still giving me an 'E' network. Several complaints were made, but it seems they least bothered their customer's complaints. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks but I will go ahead with porting. Received a call from your customer care executive saying I need to cancel the MNP as next step of porting. That is trying to fool a customer. Bye bye Vi.

    @vivekmishra120 @ViCustomerCare It won't also. Please check my tweets. I had an ongoing battle with them for the last 2 month & today I gave up. Will port out soon. Have been a loyal customer for the last 15+ years and apparently due to boundaries and restrictions they can't help. PORT OUT!

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am getting this reply and have done everythng based on diff. instructions from ur diff advisors UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare Got a SIM replacement done today based on promises that your network would improve. Except that the new SIM hasn't activated in 4+ hrs and multiple visits to the Vi store and now I'm without a working mobile number. Should I port to Jio or Airtel?

    @ViCustomerCare I’m highly disappointed with the way you are dealing with issue. I had raised 2 complaints. Your engineer visited my home and confirmed there is a problem in my area and assured for resolution in 48 hrs. I feel it’s time to port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare 4G. Highly inconvenient during telephonic calls. The entire stretch of pin_400067 is almost slow. The number of complaints done are huge, though processed, it says cannot raise new complaint. Complainy shall be raised as and when commectivity suffers and payments are suffering at

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset

    @ViCustomerCare I want to extend my safe Custody for another 6 months and the customer care is not allowing me to do so! They are ready to extend it one month at a time! That’s the most absurd rule of your company! Looks like you are happy in sucking the blood of your customers!

    @ViCustomerCare I have Visited your Park Street office Thrice and Not Able To Shift My Post Paid To Pre Paid. The Person In The Counter always Say I need to Come Tomorrow. What is This. Why Cant u Change a Post Paid To Pre Paid in Single Visit ? Why dnt u hav Digital Solution ?

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed with the service at the Vi Store (MG Rd, near JK Hotel, Aurangabad, Bihar 824101). The staff was unprofessional and refused to assist with choosing a new SIM number, treating the store like a roadside service. Please look into this. #Vi
