    @VodafoneIN Your network has perished and so should your company. It's better to close down just like your network. It doesn't work in malls, huge office premises, or at homes. While technology is emerging, you guys are degrading ! This is the voice of almost every customer !

    @VodafoneIN U claim to put a tower every hour but are unable to resolve the network disruption issue at our entire office complex since the past 7 days inspite of several reminders Have the engineers packed up & gone on leave & not resumed from the past 7 days!

    @ViCustomerCare your sim was not working in my phone and when I visited service center I was charged for sim exchange. Whereas It should be FOC, right ? Also payment was deducted from balance without informing me. Is that fair practice ?

    Horrible experience with @ViCustomerCare service. My father had kept his number in safe custody for 6 months and yet he received the bills for last 3 months. Customer service rep haven't been able to resolve the issue inspite of multiple emails and phone calls. (1/2)

    As I discussed with vi social media team they further gives the ultimate of 2 days & I don't think solution arriving they are wasting of time so customer will tired for service & forget.! As they earlier says ultimate of 22 Apr '22 result are zero!! Shame on you @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare With the disappointed services with you I Do MNP with jio and as per rules i clear my bill first of Vodafone with the 7567742542 But still bill is remain and jio has stop my all service, according to my knowledge without clear the bill we can't do MNP so whats problem now ?

    @ViCustomerCare team, sudden my vi sim card network is gone , i called customer care and he suggested me to visit the VIstore & when i visited the store, owner asking for 100rs charge, why charges asking by the owner if the store is authorised services center.pls look into this
