All my family member uses vodafone service from decade but from past 4monthyou service has been degraded. Any call you make or receive gets dropped. In the last 1hr 10 calls are dropped. You are not just loosing me but whole family are porting. @VodafoneIN #GettingWorse

Dear @VodafoneIN i had issue & tried to call on 121 but found that their is no way i can get to customer care n talk to some one its was an IVR which kept on asking general thing but not hd a single option to talk to customer care..do u now think customers are so bad @GoI_MeitY

@ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

It’s obnoxious that there is no service if @VodafoneIN in 4 bungalows. Have put many many complaints still no action taken till. It’s been more than year I have requesting them for proper connection. Seems high fine I change my Service provider. It’s been 16 years i stuck we them

@JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.
