I wanted to switch it to Idea Prepaid as network of Idea is good as compared to Vodafone at my place. When i went to store they are saying u will get Vodafone Prepaid and not Idea Prepaid. Multiple calls to customer care haven't helped; in fact three times your rep has hung up on the call. Very disappointing. Please make this work.
