In comparing to other operator, VI n/w is too pathetic and every time same response from CC that max optimization done in your area but still issue stand unresolved. @ViCustomerCare worst network service. I have done MNP to VI from airtel. But internet speed in VI is too much slow. I complaining constantly in customer care but still facing issue. Disappointed!!! Worst network. Kindly allow me to port again to another provider before 90 days.
