    @ViCustomerCare Issue is still not resolved until it's investigated properly How would VI justify service activation at 2:30am for an Indian user I want justifiable answer on all charges Until then final plan is to #port_out_from_VI Why would customer bear company losses? Bad way 2 loot cust

    @ViCustomerCare I had complaint to regarding slow data speed on 20th sep. 2021 and resolution time was 23rd sep. 2021. Today is 25th sep. 2021 and still they didn't solve it. I want to know why you make false promise to customer. I totally disappointed from this network. 😡😡😡liars
