    @VodafoneIN Now the VAS charges for caller tune, illegally billed, has been reversed. However, further amount, call charges to special number remains unresolved. Issue also remains, that is , silently duping customer

    @VodafoneIN have got this nasty habit of activating VAS of their own and duping by charging customers. Has been charged for caller tune activation which I never did. This happened earlier too with my wife. Shame @VodafoneIN. Friends be careful about them.

    @StanChartIN I have checked with my phone service provider @VodafoneIN and they have said, there is no problem from their end. Why am I not getting any Bank related SMS and OTPs. Unable to do any online transactions. @StanChartIN Please help immediately.

    @VodafoneIN Your Executive called me in response to my grievance mail .First she said, charges were not for caller tune, then she confirmed it was for caller tune, and when I said that I had never downloaded any tune, she started teaching me how to use android phone. #cheatervodaphone

    @ViCustomerCare I am an active user of Vodafone since last 10 years and much upset with the customer services from your end regarding an incident logged already on your complaint portal. Since Feb 15 the Vodafone services on my handset got barred and the network is not restored.

    @ViCustomerCare Why is the internet speed very slow? I have been noticing this issue since a few days. Sometimes internet speed gets reduced for more than an hour. I am a postpaid user but this speed issue is making me think again. Network strength is good but the speed is poor.
