Hey @idea_cares so your customer care agent told me that bcoz of merge between @VodafoneIN and @Idea the internet issue is occurring and it will be resolved in 2 hours. So what should I do now coz since 11th Sep 2019 I'm facing same issue.

@VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

When asked @ViCustomerCare that why full amount is charged, they said, even if you use the service for a minute, full amount is charged..! How smart right? they keep it blocked for entire period and then they enable for last few hours of 7th and ask you to pay in full #fraud

Today 06.12.2021, approx 3:15 pm I have talked to customer care 199. Mr Naresh and his superior Mr Gopalakrishnan conformed that approval pending with @TRAI . Instead of if @ViCustomerCare you ask all your customers to port, it's better, we will do.
