    @ViCustomerCare not solving billing dispute of my postpaid number....and also when i spoke to the customer care executive he said that i have subscribed to caller tunes and downloaded a game for which i was charged extra amount... I did not do this things

    @ViCustomerCare No Network coverage in Karwan area from last 3 days... No Outgoing and no incoming calls for the entire area. What's your team doing in handling the cases when visited the store, store executive he himself suggesting to PORT OUT from Vodafone immediately!

    @VodafoneIN, worse network always won’t work. Even the handset is beside me with network singles also it say “ mobile handset is not in reachable area”. Why do you want to fool people with your worst network

    @VodafoneIN the worst IVR customer service I have seen, I called for 90 minutes, to speak with customer executive, but the Ivr system always repeating the the same options again and again..shame on you.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m sorry to say this but I guess I’ll have to say my farewell to your network as from the looks of things Telangana and andhra don’t seem to be valued amongst the network since even basic volte service isn’t available here and now even wifi calling isn’t .ciao

    I request all my friends to stop using @VodafoneIN services. They promise to give 1.5 GB data with 4G speed on monthly package but fail to deliver it. The said data is active only for a week or two, later it's services fall to 2G. The worst service ever from a network provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Switched to the Vi REDX ₹1201 plan in Feb 2026 with an included Amazon Prime benefit. I never activated or used it, yet Vi claims my 6-month Prime benefit has already expired. How can a 6-month entitlement expire in just 4 months without being used?

    @ViCustomerCare For Vi to Vi change: So many rules For porting over to Vi: One sms Does this make sense? Why is the service for existing customers always so much worse than a potential/new one? Getting a new sim - you can start using it in minutes Whereas for these issues - hours/days long wait.

    @ViCustomerCare The process of delinking my family plan took six hours and involved significant harassment. I strongly advise against choosing Vi's postpaid service. Their team is unhelpful and seems to be trained to mistreat customers. They promise to return calls promptly, but they never do.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's
