I ported to @airtelindia from @VodafoneIN for better network connectivity. To my surprise, my sim is not working after activating it successfully from past 2 days. No help from the customer service of @Airtel_Presence Seems I made a bad deal.

Hey @idea_cares so your customer care agent told me that bcoz of merge between @VodafoneIN and @Idea the internet issue is occurring and it will be resolved in 2 hours. So what should I do now coz since 11th Sep 2019 I'm facing same issue.

@ViCustomerCare There is a payment issue related to corporate plan. We have been calling at vi customer care since 03-04-21, we have only been assured that issue will be resolved in 48 hrs but till now the issue is not resolved. We have also visited VI gallery for same.
