    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India HI team the service of vodafone very worst continuosly this is the 3rd month all my balance has been deducted without initimation, if we contact them the info is to contact them within 24 hrs of deduction , how do we know i dont undestand so stupidity

    Hey @idea_cares so your customer care agent told me that bcoz of merge between @VodafoneIN and @Idea the internet issue is occurring and it will be resolved in 2 hours. So what should I do now coz since 11th Sep 2019 I'm facing same issue.

    @VodafoneIN Better to start prepaid plans only with Unlimited Calling. Never I have seen 4G network on my mobile..frequent call disconnect and hardly connects to other mobiles..Time To Port

    @VodafoneIN too many balance deductions, without any intimation , the only answer is get is no data available from customer care & we should contact within 24 hrs to know it, if there is no intimation how do we know

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for replying finally. Got ur DM. So what's the use of advance technology, superior network, gigabyte network when end user can't use that and forced to use only 4G/2G. When ever calling/receiving call, signal goes to 2G mode.

    So due to pathetic network I decided to switch from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel. And from the time I did the process I was further harassed all day by some 40-50 calls from different numbers dozens of messages saying my plans have been upgraded/changed per my request. 1/2

    And they don't even have any customer care executive to talk and here they don't respond (or respond late). @ViCustomerCare asked me to share screenshot n when I shared a valid proof they didn't replied. They promised 3gb but gave only 1.5 gb.
