    Won't be using @VodafoneIN services anymore as my sim doesn't give me 4g network even if my device supports it and I have added all necessary settings/plans. They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.

    @VodafoneIN I was charged unfairly for VAS which I didn't subscribe to. But no one will attend to my complaint and the response I got was terrible and not satisfactory.

    @VodafoneIN worst ever service I m facing since last 3-4 weeks, it seems like no one is cared about customer service and after sales service. Even after complaining so many times, only getting replies that due to lockdown and limited staff. So better u don't charge us.

    @VodafoneIN is there any steps taken to enhance network in my area. Almost each call is dropped, no or very limited network inside home, Internet connectivity is alao poor. I am fed up of this man. I have this connection for last 20+ years, right from Orange - Hutchison

    I have recharge my vodafone number with 4g pack.. now i m in need my wifi not working vodafone is giving 2G network i cannot trust now vodafone any more after this lock down very first thing i m gng to do is portout from vodafone and there zero improvmnt in netwrk @VodafoneIN

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN We are facing network issues here in this location. This has become a quite frequent phenomenon in last couple of weeks. Network indicator shows 4G but calls are getting dropped. Sporadic Network. Please resolve at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with recharge experience today!Amount was deducted in seconds but STILL NOT REFLECTING in Account. It has already been an hour. When we try to call # 199 and 198, we just get an inefficient IVRS Voice on the end. Says the best but proves worst.

    @ViCustomerCare My new porting postpaid sim calling and sms facility not activated yet. When I call customer from my other vi number they says it will resolve with in 5 days. Then what the use of porting number I want immediate activation to be done.
