    @VodafoneIN what a piteous telecon service from Vodafone, the service provided once the market leader Pathetic connectivity for call as well as internet, call drop as if in the vein, on the top the customer service is the worst. CC situation is also like kaliya of Sholay movie

    @VodafoneIN Thank you for your call, the guy on the other side understood my issue, reconfirmed answered my questions. Since my SIM card hasn't been provisioned yet, I cannot raise a port out request. This is an exercise in frustration!

    @VodafoneIN Please help us get relief from heavy bills levied on our below office number ; 9769476757 We are using thisnumber for our office use as a ''Spare'' Number with outgoing calls or data usage. Yet we are being charges for more than Rs 1000 for last 2 months.

    @VodafoneIN Allow me to clarify: - it's been 2 weeks since I've had this SIM issue. - I've visited the local gallery 6 times. All 6 unsuccessful. - time money and petrol spent. - The phone app is buggy, the execs have taken my picture multiple times all across the gallery.

    @VodafoneIN after ur network engineer visit at my residence in 1st week Aug..nothing changed nor any solution deployed. MAILS written..called up cust service but pathetic response. Hence degraded the tariff from Red business.Not worth paying money to such service providers

    @VodafoneIN worst netwrk ... no network in my office at dadar west mumbai pin code 400028... centre hub of mumbsi city anf your network is zero there... will port out next month if not resolved as i am waitng for improvenment in ur netwrk frm past 9 mnths #unsatisfied

    Sadly, @VodafoneIN is going @reliancejio way in my area. It takes 2-3 hours of power outage and their signal is gone. No support, no solution. Only fake promises and robot replies. @airtelindia keeping it alive. Thankfully. #MumbaiRains

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Not exactly same problem. When I ported from Vi to JIO, I was made to do one extra min recharge for month although I had 10 day validity left. Reason given was during porting the number should be active, while porting is supposed to be done in 3-4 days.

    @ViCustomerCare its getting tedious to just activate a new sim for my ageing father in law who us 75 now.None in ur call center is able fo tell us reason for failed sim upgrade.Simex msg doesn't work either.all that they inform us is to walk in to nearest center during pandemic

    @ViCustomerCare 3rd class POOR customer Service of Vi. Idea cellular i.e. Vi Advance Rental Plan"ARP700" then changed it to etalk_99_300mins,Now again it changed to 299 without any further Notice,so pls Don't change plan of vi number 97X8XX0475.Pls resume the plan etalk99_300mins

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, From Few Months My Internet Goes To 2G(E) For Few Minutes And Then Again Comes To 4G(LTE). This Happens 100 Times A Day ! And Due To It My Online Gaming Experience, Download & Virtual Meeting Experience Gets Worst. I Request You To Plz Solve This Issue 🙏🏻
