    @VodafoneIN the worst ever customer service I have recieved at Bangalore Indra Nagar branch. As if they were not bothered about the customer satisfaction. And resolving my issue they asked if you are not happy port the number from postpaid to prepaid.

    @VodafoneIN need a help , my data plan for the day has exceeded the limit, if I recharge RS 92/- internet pack will it overwrite my current existing plan or this 92Rs pack will be add-on to my Number pls clarify

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN has appointed quick executives at Twitter account. They reply fast without any action. I complained about non availability of network which worked for almost last 8 years at ESIC Rajajinagar. Instant reply was given saying executives will call back soon.

    Very bad network service, one my bad purchase and experience in porting to Vodafone service. No proper network coverage and signals in Bangalore. Always stupid pop-up message welcome to 4G network of Karnataka @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @Idea

    @VodafoneIN Doesn't work properly, it takes lot of time to load. doesn't show bill customer service is very bad. waiting from 25min till no one responds. Automatic plans changed, Customer support no response. Internet speed is 1Mbps in post paid plan of Vodafone very slow.

    @VodafoneIN you guys advertise that you are adding tower every hour but area where i am staying indo not get any network for 2 years. I have raise many complains regarding this. But no action yet.If it is not solved in 1 week from this tweet then 1000 vodafone customer will port.

    @VodafoneIN Not sure if you are aware,but payment gateway is broken for Vodafone app in Android (Moto). Had to complete payment from site. Seeing this issue since last app update.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear team,  As I am valued customer of VI. I did port to JIO prepaid . Same day i got call from vi executive prajwal saying that 4 month free offer if I cancel porting from vada post paid to jio prepaid.after giving one month free they sent a bill. How to report to TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare We have registered your network compliant with Ref. No. MUM-V00935690806. Poor service of network , your technically team should visit said location. Very bad experience with you policy n network service which u provide .

    If @ViCustomerCare had spent even a fraction of focus on their signal coverage, the amount of which they spend on their recovery agents for post paid connections, customers would have stayed with them. Porting out has been made an intractable challenge by them. @trai
