Since I use only 1 network, please do something as soon as possible else I'll have to switch over to better options.

I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

Had ordered sim with @JioCare 16 days ago and after multiple calls and follow up still not received sim. Height of frustration. Jio should learn customer service from #Vi.Shameful service @JioCare
