They asked me to talk to the customer service and there is no response from CS as well. Every call I wait for more than 10mins and still no response.

They promise to give 1.5 GB data with 4G speed on monthly package but fail to deliver it. The said data is active only for a week or two, later it's services fall to 2G. The worst service ever from a network provider.
