Hello team, Why is that I have to travel for the whole 20 km to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid. It is an hassle to the customer and the way your customer representatives speak is worse. It is recommended that you train them on this. Please check this issue. @VodafoneIN

I request all my friends to stop using @VodafoneIN services. They promise to give 1.5 GB data with 4G speed on monthly package but fail to deliver it. The said data is active only for a week or two, later it's services fall to 2G. The worst service ever from a network provider.

Today recharged with Vodafone's Unlimited Data (2GB/Day) after almost 2 years. It went all good till 1 GB Data, after that their service went all ****. I should have sticked with my usual airtel recharge. Thank God didn't recharged for full year as i usually do. @ViCustomerCare
