    @VodafoneIN I was told issue will be resolved by 20th Aug and below is response am getting now. Hello! Your complaint dated 21-Aug-2020 12:14:07 AM with reference number C004-79248119896 is registered. We assure resolution by 24-Aug-2020 06:00:00 PM.

    @VodafoneIN he waited outside for more than hour. What if something would had happen to him and he couldn’t reach out to us. I totally understand that we should reacharge on time by there r times we miss Hw cn we rely on ur network after al this.

    Also please note that at the same place @airtelindia is giving better network. I do not feel good by saying this since I have been using vodafone from so many years but this carelessness of not resolving network issues from @VodafoneIN is forcing us to port to some other network.

    @ViCustomerCare The corporate customer service just informed me don't port out yet as the matter is still under escalation. The social media team informed me try porting again. No wonder my porting request for 10 nos has been repeatedly rejected. #GreatSocialMediaTeam. Good work
