    @ViCustomerCare VI are real thugs... Even after 3 months they say that the complaint is under investigation. Real thugs... And now they have even cancelled everyone's Netflix membership. Time for India to leave VI and join Airtel and Jio. At least you will get what they promise

    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am getting this reply and have done everythng based on diff. instructions from ur diff advisors UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare I order new sim being no.DCHD10012356719 and payment was made immediately. its schedule 2b delivered on 10 Jan.Haven't got my SIM even after 48 hours. I raised complaint which was closed .Such awful professionalism. Its better to hv a @reliancejio connection.

    @ViCustomerCare don't you have any kind of basic training to the associates working in Vi Mini store. ? Lady working at Srinivasnagar, Bangalore (Sri Kannika Enterprises) is least bothered to provide service & was busy in her mobile and also refused to provide conversion service

    Dear @ViCustomerCare my postpaid credit limit is 5k. Still on just bill of Rs 2350 my services suspended. Even sim networks gone. Why? मजबूरी ka फायदा उठा रहा #Vodafone #customer will ot receive amy OTP without paying them instead of having postpaid limit. #pathetic
