    @VodafoneIN I get only 1 or 2 signal bars out of 4 and alot of fluctuations in the network is the main issue. Also it automatically cuts calls in between. Hence for a single call I end up doing 4-5 calls!

    @VodafoneIN Your network coverage in Mahim, Mumbai is literally the worst!! One has to struggle to obtain data and calling bandwidth both at the same time, not limited to frequent call drops. Surely maintainence has gone for a toss! I am two minds for portability now.

    I have recharge my vodafone number with 4g pack.. now i m in need my wifi not working vodafone is giving 2G network i cannot trust now vodafone any more after this lock down very first thing i m gng to do is portout from vodafone and there zero improvmnt in netwrk @VodafoneIN

    There is too much call drop on the network and low coverage always Internet is too bad the signal point over the phone is to low Many a times phone doesn’t ring & i get a notification there is missed call due to call drop Even ur customer service is very poor @VodafoneIN @Idea

    @ViCustomerCare Why do you make it so difficult for customers to lodge a complaint about pesky calls/SMS on your VI App? There should be a direct link on the home page. If complaint being lodged from the App, why do you need all details about the subscriber?

    @ViCustomerCare my Vi SIM card is apparently "dead" since the last few hours. Device shows "No SIM Card". Already tried rebooting, re-inserting and trying it on a different phone, doesn't work. Other SIM cards work perfectly on the same device.

    @ViCustomerCare And sometimes browsing on google is also not possible due to poor internet speed. Initially i was a Jio user but now ported to vi and now regretting for it. Very poor internet speed provided by VI. Itni speed to jio me data pack khatam hone ke baad bhi aati h.
