@Idea @idea_cares @VodafoneIN @TRAI had recharged in idea for 399rs and balance shown now is 3.32rs only while free calls were provided while calls are not going thru as no service available can any1 put light on it it really sucks

Raise complaint ask for 30 days close it on day 20 Repeat that is the game of never ending 30 days @VodafoneIN is playing with us. If I try to Port to @JioCare the Suspend the service till the time the port code expires. Can't port for 6 months.

@VodafoneIN Not able to access MyVodafone app and after connecting to customer care executive on helpline number. They were also facing the same problem of connectivity and asked me to wait till 10:30 pm for services to resume.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia welcoming their new customers by saying please call after sometime our all customer executive are busy & line disconnected. Few lucky customers got connected and ask whats going on they say call after 4 hours. So whats bad in @VodafoneIN.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer executive are arrogant and they can disconnect line without proper solution or answer. @VodafoneIN was much better. I think by Joining @Airtel_Presence I have to regret.

I am trapped in @VodafoneIN game of never ending 30 days paying from my nose for absolutely pathetic service. Network sucks customer care sucks even harder. A new compliant number which basically means nothing every month only for ₹354 *condition apply.

Introducing Never ending 30 days plans from @VodafoneIN Unlimited powers to Cc agent can suspend activate upgrade your plan anytime unlimited Special effects on calls from weak signal and a network maintainence you will die waiting for but it will never happen in this lifetime

@VodafoneIN logo is moon with a drop of blood. If they say they will improve the network in 30 days that 1 day is 14 days long and if you have pay the bill till the last drop of blood they will suck you blood like vampires

@ViCustomerCare, my Vi prepaid SIM is showing “No Service” after I arrived in the Netherlands on 14 Sep 2025. It was working fine in India till 13 Sep and previously received OTPs abroad too. I’ve already recharged with a validity pack, but still no network. Could you please help

@ViCustomerCare very disappointing despite activating international roaming package for bahrain after landing here its not latching to network used all tricks to connect to network but failed and your representative after standing answers informed complain registered and to wait until 14 october. This is really funny am in a country for limited time and my phone to be active as there are many things related to it and am loosing because of such bad service from VI . Kindly requested let some top executive look into this issue and advise the concern to resolve immediately (7729061000)

@airtelindia Really frustrated! Just got a new @Apple iPhone and tried activating eSIM, but Airtel blocked my EID. Support has been no help. Same phone works fine with @VodafoneIN. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have to port to Vodafone or Jio. #Airtel #eSIMIssues
