Day 6 no netwrk and Jio people says me that happens cos i travelling 😡 like really ... its better to switch to @VodafoneIN because they have the best network I ever used .. I use both netwrk but @JioCare its pathetic even my turtle is faster than their internet network

When they say will revert, they call at their convenience once, or maybe not even that. But if you can't speak then too bad. It's their convenience all the way......

Since our customer care system is notorious, I decided to escalate using e mail. But probably some things will never change.
