    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup seeing airtel and reliance giving out wifi calling , and with you having the tech already why lagging behind on the times. Why giving another reason to leave your network . I’m trying really hard not to port out thinking they will fix it.

    @VodafoneIN Why Vodafone is losing customers? I am a Vodafone customer, but I see the network not so good and the 4G services are not up to mark. Multiple calls to customer service too didn't help. That's how to lose CUSTOMERS TRUST. @VodafoneIN respond.

    @ViCustomerCare Every month you guys are activating caller tune without any request. What the hell is going on. Customer support are also not aware of the reason. Request to share the request number/interaction proof received for activation. I will DM the number..

    @VodafoneIN I stay in ramanthapur, Hyderabad. your network is too pathetic, hardly able to hear the other party on call. You say 4g network, leave about 4g, I hardly get 3g network.its too unbearable to continue with the network..what plans do you have to ramp up ur network?

    @ViCustomerCare I’m sorry to say this but I guess I’ll have to say my farewell to your network as from the looks of things Telangana and andhra don’t seem to be valued amongst the network since even basic volte service isn’t available here and now even wifi calling isn’t .ciao

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare Ported my SIM to V! on Saturday, Order: DCHD 16052631215 and also completed a 84-day recharge based on the assurance that SIM delivery would happen the same day. Till now, there is no response from V! side. I have called customer care (8141018180) three times,1/3

    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++
