    @VodafoneIN I stay in ramanthapur, Hyderabad. your network is too pathetic, hardly able to hear the other party on call. You say 4g network, leave about 4g, I hardly get 3g network.its too unbearable to continue with the network..what plans do you have to ramp up ur network?

    @VodafoneIN @Idea Really hope you guys launch wifi calling and volte service in hyderabad circle I’ve been waiting and waiting and not giving up and hoping that you come thru. Everyone I know is against me staying with ur network and asking me to move to airtel. Please don’t break my hope

    @VodafoneIN when would u be bringing wifi calling feature , am still hoping for this as my major issue of network availability would be solved via wifi and I won’t have to move another network please get this before u lose more subscribers who not getting network

    @ViCustomerCare This isn't resolved yet 2days after the assured time. You seem to have decided to constantly bluff the customer. Is giving 4g service to an old existing customer that difficult for @ViCustomerCare ?

    I went to your store near by home, they told go to main store then i went to mehadipatnam, Hyderabadu store. They told a silly reason, they don't have power supply. ****.. i feel pity. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare worst service provider . I requested to convert my postpaid number to prepaid at VI store . They give me new sim and i paid them. And they informed me postpaid sim will get desctive and i can put prepaid sim than . But my postpaid connection is still actice

    @ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.

    @ViCustomerCare 2 Mbps average speed in my area. It is big big mistake to port in vi. Must port out from vi . Neither signal strength nor speed is good in my location.But you claim that there are no significant issues in my location. hats off!

    Dear @JioCare @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia — I’ve used all 3 networks (Jio, Vi, Airtel), and still facing the same issues everywhere. My recharges are going to waste because I can’t properly use the services. Slow internet, frequent call drops, and poor connectivity daily problem
