Conerveted my 2G sim to 4G sim it has been 1 week my sms services are not working complained many times no one is responding. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.
