@ViCustomerCare Wanted to say thank you for the internet speed you guys are providing. 5-8 Mb/s is unreal in my area. No other network providers give such a speed. But there's only one problem that this is not stable sometimes it gets to 30kb/s for hours which is really disappointing :(

@ViCustomerCare That’s the only response I’m getting from past 2 months with 48hours of priority look up to the issue. Which gets closed from the backend. No calls to verify if the issue has been fixed, also for every new complaint I get told that, no one picked up the call.
